   Development of a Method for a Sensitive Simultaneous Determination of Acetaminophen and Tryptophan in Biological Samples

چکیده    A chemically modified electrode is constructed based on multi-walled carbonnanotube modified glassy carbon electrode (mwcnts/gce) for simultaneous determinationof acetaminophen (act) and tryptophan (try). the measurements were carried out byapplication of differential pulse voltammetry (dpv), cyclic voltammetry (cv) andchronoamperometry (ca) methods. application of dpv method showed that the linearrelationship between oxidation peak current and concentration of act and try were in therange of 2 ?m to 360 ?m, and 3 ?m to 360 ?m, respectively. under optimal conditions themodified electrode exhibited high sensitivity and stability for both act and trydetermination, making it a suitable sensor for the simultaneous submicromolar detection ofact and try in solutions. the analytical performance of modified electrode has beenevaluated for detection of act and try in human serum and human urine with satisfactoryresults.
