بازخوانی تاثیر قدرت نرم (تکنیک شایعه سازی) گروه تکفیری داعش در کاهش احساس امنیت شهروندان در استان ایلام

در سال های اخیر بنیادگرایی اسامی داعش و اقدامات آنها، منطقه خاورمیانه و کل نظام بین الملل را متاثر کرده است. جمهوری اسامی ایران به خاطر هویت شیعی و غیرعربی خود در معرض مستقیم تهدیدات داعش قرار گرفت. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بازخوانی تحقیق شناسایی میزان تاثیر شایعات مربوط به گروه‌های تکفیری داعش بر احساس امنیت شهروندان استان ایلام (با تاکید بر میزان ترس و وحشت، سرمایه اجتماعی، توانمندی نیروهای مسلح، مهاجرت و امنیت روانی) است. روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع نشست خبرگی و تحلیل مضمون است که طی آن نظرات کارشناسان از طریق مصاحبه ها استخراج و تحلیل گردید. جامعه آماری شامل: کارشناسان نیروی انتظامی بویژه رسته اطلاعات(10 نفر)، معلمان آموزش پرورش(8 نفر) و اعضای هیات علمی و دانشجویان رشته های مختلف دانشگاه ایلام(9 نفر) و مسئولین عالی رتبه (8 نفر) شهرایلام می‌باشد، که به صورت هدفمند با بالاترین تنوع گروهها تا اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. علت انتخاب این 35 نفر این بود که آنها بیشترین اطلاعات را در خصوص موضوع تحقیق داشتند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات، میدانی و ابزار آن مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته می باشد. روایی و پایایی داده های این پژوهش از معیارهای مقبولیت، همسانی، تعیین و انتقال پذیری بروان و کلارک (2006) بدست آمد.  یافته ها در بازخوانی تاثیر شایعات داعش بر احساس امنیت به سبب نابودی هسته های تیمی گروه های سلفی و تکفیری که از لحاظ خوانش فکری و اعتقادی هم رده داعش بودند، مشخص گردید در حال حاضر احساس امنیت در خصوص پنج حوزه تحقیق افزایش یافته و به نظر نمی رسد که احساس امنیت از خلال پدیده داعش و شایعه سازی آنها چندان اثری در احساس امنیت روانی، ترس و وحشت، مهاجرت، سرمایه اجتماعی و توانمندی نیروهای مسلح در شهر ایلام داشته باشد.

re-reading the effect of soft power (rumor-making technique) of isil takfiri group in reducing the sense of security of citizens in ilam province

the main purpose of this study is to review the research to identify the impact of rumors related to isis takfiri groups on the sense of security of citizens of ilam province (with emphasis on fear, social capital, armed forces capability, immigration and psychological security).research methodology: the qualitative research method is expert meeting and content analysis, during which the opinions of experts were extracted and analyzed through interviews. the statistical population includes: law enforcement experts, especially in the field of information (10 people), education teachers (8 people) and faculty members and students of different fields of ilam university (9 people) and high-ranking officials (8 people) in ilam, which targeted forms with the highest diversity of groups up to theoretical saturation were selected. the reason for selecting these 35 people was that they had the most information on the subject of research. ).findings and conclusions: findings in re-reading the effect of isil rumors on the sense of security due to the destruction of the core of salafi and takfiri groups that were on the same level of isil in terms of intellectual and doctrinal reading, revealed the current sense of security in five areas research has increased and it does not seem that the feeling of security through the phenomenon of isil and their rumors have much effect on the feeling of psychological security, fear, migration, social capital and the capabilities of the armed forces in the city of ilam.
