بررسی مولفه‌های قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در منطقه خاورمیانه (مطالعه موردی لبنان)

قدرت نرم و مباحث مرتبط با آن از جمله مفاهیمی است که در دو دهه اخیر در مجامع علمی و آکادمیک مطرح گردیده و دانشمندان حوزه علوم سیاسی درصدد تشریح قدرت نرم، منابع قدرت نرم و عوامل تاثیرگذار در افزایش و کاهش قدرت نرم در سطح عمومی هستند لذا هر کشوری به واسطه داشتن شرایط و ویژگی های منحصر به فرد خود از لحاظ ژئوپولتیکی، فرهنگی، تاریخی، اقتصادی و ... دارای منابع متفاوت خواهد بود و لذا کارویژه های منابع و عوامل تاثیرگذار قدرت نرم در کشورهای مختلف متفاوت است. در ایران به عنوان کشوری با تمدن کهن و فرهنگ غنی که یکی از کشورهای موثر در عرصه جهانی از ابتدا تاکنون بوده است لزوم بازشناسی و معرفی و توجه به منابع قدرت نرم و همچنین شناخت عوامل جدید تاثیرگذار در افزایش قدرت نرم و یا عوامل تاثیرگذار در کاهش قدرت نرم وجود خواهد داشت. پس از شکل گیری انقلاب اسلامی ایران در بهمن 57 تغییری اساسی در منابع قدرت نرم ایران حاصل گردید، ایران به واسطه پیشینه تاریخی و داشتن فرهنگ و تمدن باستانی همواره در ذهن جهانیان به عنوان کشوری کهن تداعی می گردید، پس از شکل گیری انقلاب اسلامی ایران علاوه بر ذهنیت قبلی، محور قرار گرفتن ایدئولوژی و طرح منابع جدید سیاسی و اقتصادی علاوه بر منبع فرهنگی به صورت جدی منابع قدرت نرم ایران را متحول کرد. لذا ما در این پژوهش قصد داریم ضمن بازشناسی و معرفی منابع قدرت نرم ایران جایگاه کشور را در منطقه و جهان و نقاط ضعف، نقاط قوت و پتانسیل های آنرا نشان بدهیم.

Soft power and discussions related to it are among the concepts that have been discussed in the last two decades in academic and academic circles, and scientists in the field of political science are interested in explaining soft power, sources of soft power and factors influencing the increase and decrease of soft power at the general level. Each country will have different resources due to its unique conditions and characteristics in terms of geopolitics, culture, history, economy, and so on. In Iran, as a country with an ancient civilization and a rich culture, which has been one of the most influential countries in the world since the beginning, it is necessary to recognize, introduce and pay attention to the sources of soft power, as well as to identify new factors influencing the increase of soft power and factors influencing its decrease. there will be a soft power. After the formation of the Islamic Revolution in Iran in 1957, a fundamental change was achieved in the sources of Iran’s soft power, due to its historical background and ancient culture and civilization, Iran was always in the minds of the world as a country that was promoted. previously, the focus was on ideology and the design of new political and economic resources in addition to the cultural resource. Therefore, in this research, we intend to show the position of the country in the region and the world and its weaknesses, strengths and potentials while identifying and introducing the sources of soft power.
