قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در افغانستان(2020-2001)

برای رسیدن به اهداف بلند علم و دانش، نیاز است که در بخش ‌های مختلف، تحقیق و پژوهش صورت گیرد تاراه حل‌ هایی برای بهبود وضعیت جامعه بشری با استفاده از راه کارهای علمی و پژوهشی ارائه گردد. این تحقیق به هدف بررسی قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در افغانستان بین سال های(2020-2001) تدوین گردیده است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش، توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از ابزار؛ کتابخانه ها، مجلات علمی، سایت های معتبر علمی، پایان نامه ها، مقالات معتبرعلمی می باشد. مفهوم قدرت نرم یکی از مفاهیم نسبتا مدرن در سطح روابط بین الملل است که به وضوح در سطح علمی در دهه نود قرن گذشته پدیدار گشت تا بر اهمیت ابزارهای غیر نظامی در دستیابی به اهداف سیاست خارجی تاکید کند. از زمان تاسیس جمهوری اسلامی ایران درسال 1357موضوع افغانستان یکی ازمسائل و موارد مهم سیاست خارجی آن بوده است. افغانستان به عنوان کشوری که در سالیان اخیر موجی از حوادث سیاسی و اجتماعی را پشت سر گذاشته و بی ثباتی، نا آرامی و تنش جز لاینفکی از حیات روزمره ی مردمان آن بوده است، دارای وضعیتی خاص در میان کشور های جهان می باشد. این کشوربه عنوان یک همسایه هم زبان و هم فرهنگ در دهه های گذشته قالب های سیاسی متعددی به خود دیده است. با این همه جایگاه واهمیت این کشوردرسیاست خارجی ایران یکسان نبوده است بلکه با توجه به تحولات داخلی افغانستان، منطقه ای وبین المللی دستخوش تغییرشده است. در این مقاله تلاش بر آن است تا قدرت نرم را به شکل عمومی و و قدرت نرم ایران در افغانستان به شکل خاص موردبحث و بررسی قرارگیرد و به این سوال پاسخ داده شود که چگونه قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در افغانستان طی سال های 2001-2020 تاثیر گذاشته است؟ درآخرهم دورنمایى از چشم انداز آینده روابط ایران و افغانستان رامورد مطالعه و بررسى قرار خواهیم داد.

The soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Afghanistan (2001-2020)

In order to achieve the lofty goals of science and knowledge, it is necessary to carry out research in different sectors in order to provide solutions to improve the condition of human society by using scientific and research methods. This research was compiled with the aim of investigating the soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Afghanistan between 20012020. The research method of this research is descriptiveanalytical and using tools; Libraries, scientific journals, authoritative scientific sites, theses, authoritative scientific articles. The concept of soft power is one of the relatively modern concepts at the level of international relations, which clearly emerged at the scientific level in the nineties of the last century to emphasize the importance of nonmilitary means in achieving foreign policy goals. Since the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1357, the issue of Afghanistan has been one of the important issues and matters of its foreign policy. Afghanistan, as a country that has gone through a wave of political and social events in recent years and instability, restlessness and tension have been an inseparable part of the daily life of its people, has a special status among the countries of the world. As a neighbor of both language and culture, this country has seen many political forms in the past decades. Despite all this, the position and importance of this country in Iran’s foreign policy has not been the same, but it has undergone changes due to the internal, regional and international developments of Afghanistan. In this article, an attempt is made to discuss soft power in general and Iran’s soft power in Afghanistan in a specific way, and to answer the question of how the soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Afghanistan during the years 20012020. Has it affected? Finally, we will study and examine the perspective of the future prospects of IranAfghanistan relations.
