راهبردهای افزایش قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مقابله با جنگ علمی دشمنان

رویکردی که در دنیای امروزه توسط مخازن فکری و موسسات مطالعاتی دنبال می شود، استفاده از قدرت و جنگ نرم در برخورد با کشور مورد هدف است. رویکردی که برخورد نظامی را اشتباهی بزرگ می داند و بر این باور است که با تکیه بر قدرت و جنگ نرم می توان مسائل را به بهترین شکل، در جهت و مسیر مورد نظر قرار داد. از وجوه راهبردی این بعد از جنگ، «جنگ علمی»  است که از قابلیت جلوگیری از پیشرفت و تعالی کشور هدف برخوردار است. مقاله حاضر تلاش دارد به بررسی راهبردهای قدرت علمی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مقابله با جنگ نرم علمی دشمنان از منظر رهبر انقلاب اسلامی بپردازد که از دو بعد دیده بانی روش های جنگ نرم دشمنان علیه انقلاب اسلامی و راهبردهای دفاع نرمِ  علمی به این موضوع پرداخته می شود. با بهره گیری از مطالعات کتابخانه اییاسنادی و روش تحلیلیتوصیفی در صدد پاسخ به این سوال است؛ راهبردهای کنترل و افزایش قدرت نرم علمی جمهوری اسلامی ایران چه می باشد؟ فرضیه اصلی به این استوار است که دشمنان انقلاب اسلامی برای از بین بردن قدرت و پیشرفت روزافزون ایران، جنگ علمی را سرلوحه اقدامات خود قرار داده و از تمام شگردها و ابزارهای علمی بهره می گیرند و جمهوری اسلامی جهت افزایش قدرت نرم خود نیازمند اقدامات برنامه ریزی شده، جهادی و مبتنی بر ظرفیت سازی علمی و فناوری می باشد.

Strategies for increasing the soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in dealing with the enemy’s scientific warfare

The approach followed by think tanks and research institutions in today’s world is the use of power and soft war in dealing with the target country. An approach that considers military action as a big mistake and believes that by relying on power and soft war, issues can be resolved in the best way, in the desired direction. One of the strategic aspects of this war is &scientific war& which has the ability to prevent the progress and excellence of the target country. The present article tries to examine the strategies of the scientific power of the Islamic Republic of Iran in dealing with the soft scientific war of the enemies from the perspective of the leader of the Islamic Revolution. It aims to answer this question by using librarydocumentary studies and analyticaldescriptive method; What are the strategies to control and increase the scientific soft power of the Islamic Republic of Iran? The main hypothesis is based on the fact that the enemies of the Islamic Revolution, in order to destroy the growing power and progress of Iran, put scientific warfare at the top of their actions and use all scientific methods and tools, and the Islamic Republic needs planned measures to increase its soft power. It is jihadist and based on scientific and technological capacity building.
