نقش تعاون سیاسی-اجتماعی در رویارویی با بحران‌های اجتماعی از منظر اخلاقی

در مکتب اسلام، بر تعاون و همکاری داوطلبانه، تاکید فراوان شده است که یکی از نقش‌ها و کارکردهای اساسی آن، همیاری شهروندان و نظام سیاسی در حل بحران‌ها است. این نوشته، به بررسی نقش تعاون سیاسی-اجتماعی در رویارویی با بحران‌ها از منظر اخلاق اسلامی می‌نگرد. در فرضیه بر این امر تاکید شده است که نقش اصل اخلاقی تعاون سیاسی-اجتماعی را می‌توان در اموری مانند شفقت به شهروندان، افزایش همبستگی، احساس برادری، گشایش‌گری در بحران‌ها، گسترش روحیۀ مسئولیت‌شناسی و مسئولیت‌پذیری و همکاری شهروندان و دولت اسلامی در دستیابی به عدالت اجتماعی جستجو کرد. این امر با بهره از روش فهم موضوعی استخراجی بر اساس چهار محور «واژگان مستقیم» تعاون، «واژگان ضمنی و التزامی»، «دلالت‌های سیاقی و معنایی-مفهومی» و «مفاهیم مخالف» انجام شده که به فهم شبکۀ معنایی و همه‌جانبۀ تعاون سیاسی-اجتماعی به عنوان یکی از مفاهیم عمده در اخلاق سیاسی اسلامی یاری می‌‌رساند، امری که تا کنون کمتر مورد توجه بوده است.

The role of sociopolitical cooperationIn dealing with crises from a moral point of view

In the school of Islam, there is a strong emphasis on cooperation and voluntary cooperation, one of the basic plans and functions of which is the cooperation of citizens and the political system in resolving crises. This article examines the role of sociopolitical cooperation in dealing with crises from the perspective of Islamic ethics. The hypothesis emphasizes that the role of the ethical principle of sociopolitical cooperation can be played on issues such as compassion for citizens, increased solidarity, a sense of brotherhood, openness to crises, a spirit of responsibility and accountability. He sought the cooperation of citizens and the Islamic State in achieving social justice. This was done using the method of thematic understanding of the extraction based on the four axes of direct vocabulary of cooperation, implicit and obligatory vocabulary, contextual and semanticconceptual implications and opposing concepts to understand the semantic network and all ‌ The sociopolitical cooperation aspect helps as one of the main concepts in Islamic political ethics, which has been less considered so far.
