تحلیل ویژگیهای جنگ اطلاعاتی-ارتباطی غرب بر علیه روسیه در گفتمان آکادمیک ایدئولوگهای روسی

این مقاله بر مبنای روش واکاوی توصیفی و پژوهش انگاری تحلیلی روی جنبه های ارتباطی – اطلاعاتی تنش های ژئوپلیتیکی تمرکز کرده و به همین منظور مورد روسیه را در زمینۀ جنگ اطلاعاتی انتخاب می کند. سوال اساسی این مقاله این است که غرب چگونه و از طریق چه ابزارهایی روس هراسی را در گفتمان آکادمیک علوم اجتماعی روسی و غیر روسی گسترش داده است؟ بستر تحلیلی این مقاله نظریات برخی از ایدئولوگ ها و اندیشمندان روسی است و فرضیه اساسی این مقاله این است که غرب از طریق شش حوزۀ موضوعی – روایت محور توانسته است جنگ اطلاعاتی موفقی را بر علیه روسیه مدیریت کند و از این طریق روس هراسی را در فضای آکادمیک گسترش دهد. هدف اساسی این مقاله تجزیه و تحلیل روایت ها و نزاع های اطلاعاتی و ایدئولوژیک غرب بر علیه روسیه در گفتمان آکادمیکی این کشور بر مبنای روایتهای متضاد و پارادکس های ایدئولوژیکی ژئوپلیتیکی است. بر همین اساس در گفتمان نخبگان و ایدئولوگ های روسی، روسیه در اکثر مواقع قربانی اصلی غرب در جنگ اطلاعاتی رسانه ای بوده است و بر همین مبنا امروزه نیز روسیه سعی می کند تا با طراحی یک نگاه و روایت جدید ایدئولوژیک و گسترش نفوذ رسانه ای – اطلاعات محور در برابر ایالات متحده، به مقابله به مثل و موازنه با غرب بپردازد، هر چند توان و ظرفیت روسیه در این زمینه در برابر غرب محدود بوده است.

An Analysis of the characteristics of Western informationcommunication war against Russia in the academic discourse of Russian Ideologists

This research based on a descriptive analysis method, focuses on the ICT aspects of geopolitical tensions and therefore selects the Russian case in the field of information warfare. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the information and ideological tensions of the West against Russia in the academic discourse of Russia on the basis of conflicting narratives and ideologicalgeopolitical paradoxes.The main question of this article is how and through what tools the West has spread Russian phobia in the academic discourse of Russian and nonRussian social sciences? The analytical background of this paper is the views of some Russian ideologists and thinkers, and the main hypothesis of this research is that the West has managed a successful information war against Russia through six thematicnarrative areas. Accordingly, in the discourse of Russian elites and ideologists, Russia has been, in most cases, the main victim of the West in the informationmedia war and on this basis, Russia today is also trying to counterbalance with West by designing a new ideological narrative and expanding media influence informationcentric against the United States, though Russia’s power and capacity in this field is limited against the West.
