بررسی نحوه عملکرد و نقش بسیج اساتید در مقابله با راهبرد جنگ نرم (مورد مطالعه: استان لرستان)

دانشگاهیان و نخبگان از جمله اقشاری هستند که به دلیل نقش و تاثیری که در جامعه دارند، همواره هدف اساسی جنگ‌ نرم از سوی دشمن به حساب می‌آیند. دشمنان اسلام درصددند تا این صاحب نظران کشور را علیه فرهنگ و ارزش‌های کشورمان متحول نمایند و راه خویش را برای نفوذ فرهنگ مغایر با دین در بین جوانان مملکت باز نمایند. با توجه به اهمیت مطالب فوق،این پژوهش به بررسی نحوه عملکرد و نقش بسج اساتید در مقابله با راهبرد جنگ نرم در استان لرستان پرداخته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، تمام اساتید عضو بسیج دانشگاهی در استان لرستان بوده‌اند(832 نفر) و نمونه‌ای به تعداد 132 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه‌های شهرستان بروجرد، دورود و خرم آباد به طور تصادفی انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار این تحقیق یک پرسشنامه با 25 گویه بوده است که روایی از روش پنل مشتمل بر استادان و کارشناسان مرتبط منطقه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ (87/0) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بین شرکت در دوره آموزشی در زمینه جنگ نرم و دیدگاه کلی اساتید نسبت به امکان نقش آفرینی بسیج اساتید در مقابله با جنگ نرم رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داردو همچنین عوامل آموزشی، پژوهش و تحقیق، راهکارهای رسانه‌ای و در نهایت عامل راهکار مشاوره‌ای جمعاً توانستند حدود 60 درصد از واریانس کل برای نقش آفرینی بسیج اساتید در مقابله با جنگ نرم را تبیین نمایند.

The Study of the Performance Method and the Role of Teachers Basij (Mobilization) of University deal with Soft War Strategy (case study of Lorestan Province)

Academic and elites are people who because of their role and impact in society have targeted by enemies in the  soft war. Islam enemies are going influence on this elites for penetrate to culture against with religion. According to related mater, performance method and the role of University Teachers Basij in Lorestan province deal with soft war. Statistical population in this research is all of faculty members that members in teacher’s basij  included (832) and a sample of (132) professors of Boroujerd, Doroud and Khorramabad’s universities which randomly were selected among the teachers of the Basij’s members of the universities. The tools of this research is a researchmade questionnaire with 25 questions .To assess the validity , the experts panel was used that consisting of related faculty members and experts and its reliability was calculated using the Cronbach’s alpha value that was  equivalent to 0.87. The results of this research show that there is a significant and positive relationship between the participation in the teaching course of the soft war and the total view point of them. Educational and research factors, media solution and consultative methods could explained almost 60 % of total variances in role playing deal with soft war by university teacher Basij.
