نقش فن آوری اطلاعات بر تحول مفهوم هویت ملی

انسان موجودی مدنی است و برای رشد و نمو خود و همچنین سیر تکاملی خود نیاز به تعامل با دیگران دارد. در فرایند تعاملات و ارتباطات اجتماعی هست که تمام پدیده‌ها اجتماعی به ظهور می‌رسند. هویت ملی یکی از پدیده‌های انسانی است که از دل تعاملات اجتماعی پدیدار می‌شود و کنشگران درسطح خرد و کلان در تعاملات خود با دیگران شدیداً به آن نیاز دارد. این پدیده به خاطر خصلت اجتماعی و تاریخی آن در دایره زمانی و مکانی محدود و محصور نیست. از این روست که با تغییر شرایط و منابع شکل‌گیری تعاملات اجتماعی، بستر و زمینه تغییر و تحول آن فراهم می‌شود. بر همین مبنا، هدف از این پژوهش نشان دادن تاثیر فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی بر مفهوم هویت ملی در سیاست جهانی است. در این راستا، سوال اصلی پژوهش این است که تاثیر تحولات نوین فن‌آوری‌های اطلاعاتی بر تحول مفهوم هویت ملی چیست؟ فناوری‌های نوین اطلاعاتی از طریق ایجاد مفاهیم و داده‌های جدید باعث ایجاد بستری شده است که بر مبنای آن مفهوم هویت ملی از قالب نسبتاً ایستا و اصیل خارج شده و به‌صورت پدیده‌ای اجتماعی و تحول یابنده انگاشته شود. روش این پژوهش، روشی تحلیلی توصیفی است و بررسی موضوع بر مبنای نظریه سازه‌انگاری صورت گرفته است.

The Role of Information Technology on the development of the concept of national identity

Accordingly, the aim of this study is to show the impact of information technology on the concept of national identity in global politics. In this regard, the central question of this study is that what is the impact of new developments of the information technologies on the development of the concept of national identity mean? New information technologies by creating new concepts and dates caused to create conditions that went out the concept of national identity relatively static and original state and Seen as a social and evolving phenomenon. The method of this study is Descriptive – Analytical method and survey of the issue has been based on the theory of constructivism.
