جایگاه شبکه مسلمانان میانه‌رو در اعمال قدرت نرم آمریکا؛ با تاکید بر جمهوری اسلامی ایران

مقاله حاضر با اتخاذ رویکرد تحلیلی متکی بر تبیین ماهیت قدرت نرم از سوی نظریه‌پرداز اصلی آن، جوزف‌ نای به چیستی، اجزا و اهداف آن پرداخته و از سوی دیگر با برداشتی تفسیری تحلیلی از قرآن کریمجریان نفاق را به عنوان شبکه‌ای پیشینی و مهیّا برای پیشبرد اهداف قدرت نرمِ دشمن علیه حکومت اسلامی معرفی می‌نماید. نتایج این بررسی دلالت بر آن دارد که قدرت سیاسی جریان نفاق، همپای قدرت حکومت دینی افزایش یافته و طبق الگوی قدرت نرم جوزف ‌نای با ایجاد اختلال سیاسی در قدرتِ حکومت دینی بخشی از نظام سیاسی حکومت مخاطب را جذب دشمن کرده و زمینه‌های تغییر ماهیت نظام سیاسی دینی یا تغییر رفتار آن را فراهم می‌کند. سوالی که در اینجا مطرح است این که جریان نفاق (مسلمانان میانه‌رو به تعبیر جوزف نای) در حکومت دینی چه نقشی را در اعمال قدرت نرم دشمن ایفا می‌نماید؟ فرضیه ما این است که آنچه در نظریه قدرت نرم جوزف نای تحت عنوان &شبکه مسلمانان میانه‌رو& آمده است که موجب اختلال سیاسی در قدرتِ حکومت دینی و حصول نرمِ نتایج در تغییر ماهیت یا رفتار آن می‌شود، منطبق بر ویژگی‌های جریان نفاق در قرآن است که این جریان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران با نام &اسلام آمریکایی& شناخته می‌شود.

The Position of Moderate Muslim Network in Applying American Soft Power; Emphasizing The Islamic Republic Of Iran

In the present article By adopting an analytical approach dependent explain the nature of soft power by &Joseph Nye&, Its main theorist, Investigates the its nature, its components, and its goals. On the other hand With an analytical interpretation from the &holy Quran& introduces the crowd of hypocrisy as a priori network and ready to advance the goals of American soft power against the Islamic state. The results of this review indicate that political power of the hypocrisys crowd increases parallel with the power of religious state and according to Joseph Nay’s soft power pattern causing political disorder In the power of religious state and attracts the United States part of the political system of the target government and provides backgrounds of changing the nature of the political system of religion or change its behavior. The question here is that: &What role is hypocrisys crowd in applying American soft power to religious rule?& Our hypothesis is that: &The idea of moderate Muslim organization in Joseph Nye’s soft power theory, It causes a political disorder in the process of religious state and soft results In changing the nature or political behavior of that system and coincide the moderate Muslim organization with the view of hypocrisys crowd in the Quran. This crowd is called &American Islam &in the Islamic Republic of Iran
