بررسی ابعاد فرهنگی و مذهبی دیپلماسی ‌عمومی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در آسیای مرکزی

با توجه به اهمیت دیپلماسی‌عمومی در روابط و سیاست بین‌الملل، دولت ها سعی در بکارگیری هرچه بیشتر از این ابزار جهت پیش‌برد منافع خود دارند و به این منظور در زمینه‌هایی چون قدرت نرم و قدرت هوشمند تمرکز و سرمایه‌گذاری می‌کنند. به دلیل اهمیت موضوع نگارندگان در این مقاله سعی در بررسی ابعاد فرهنگی و مذهبی دیپلماسی عمومی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در آسیای مرکزی دارند. اولویت و تاکید ایران در دیپلماسی عمومی و به خصوص در آسیای مرکزی تکیه بر پیشینه تاریخی در میان مردم و کشورهای این منطقه و اشتراکات فراوان فرهنگی، تاریخی و مذهبی است. اشتراکاتی همچون دین اسلام، نوروز، هم‌مرزی و موقعیت جغرافیایی نسبت به آنها است. در این راستا، این مقاله درصدد پاسخ به این سوال است که مهم‌ترین جنبه های فرهنگی و مذهبی دیپلماسی‌عمومی ایران در آسیای مرکزی چیست؟ بر این اساس فرضیه این مقاله بیان می دارد ایران بیشتر بر پیشینه فرهنگی، تمدنی و مذهبی مشترک با آسیای مرکزی برای پیش برد دیپلماسی عمومی خود در این منطقه تاکید می ورزد. روش پژوهش مبتنی بر راهبرد پژوهشی توصیفی تحلیلی است.

A Study of the Cultural and Religious Dimensions of Public Diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Central Asia

Given the importance of public diplomacy in international relations and politics, governments seek to use these tools as much as possible to advance their own interests, focusing and investing in areas such as soft power and smart power. Due to the importance of the subject, the authors of this article try to examine the cultural and religious aspects of public diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Central Asia. Iran’s priority and emphasis in public diplomacy, especially in Central Asia, is to rely on the historical background among the people and countries of the region and the many cultural, historical and religious commonalities. Commons such as Islam, Nowruz, border and geographical location are relative to them. In this regard, this article seeks to answer the question, what are the most important cultural and religious aspects of Iranian public diplomacy in Central Asia? Accordingly, the hypothesis of this article states that Iran emphasizes more on the common cultural, civilizational and religious background with Central Asia in order to advance its public diplomacy in this region. The research method is based on descriptiveanalytical research strategy.
