تدوین سناریوهای موثر بر تاثیرات ژئواکونومیکی شیوع کرونا

ژئواکونومی، دانش طراحی و بازآفرینی استراتژی های بازیگران با استفاده از منابع جغرافیای قدرت با ماهیت اقتصادی در مناسبات فروملی، ملی، منطقه ای و جهانی هستند. شیوع ویروس کرونا تاثیرات مختلفی را بر وضعیت ژئواکونومیکی جهان بر جای گذاشته است. در این تحقیق تلاش شده تا تاثیرات ژئواکونومیکی شیوع ویروس کرونا بر ساختار جهان را بر اساس روش آینده نگاری بررسی و تحلیل نماید. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و نوع روش پژوهش توصیفی‌‌تحلیلی است. ماهیت داده ها کمی و کیفی بوده و روش گردآوری داده ها و اطلاعات به‌صورت کتابخانه ای، اسنادی و پیمایشی است. تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها مبتنی بر تکنیک های آینده پژوهی از جمله تحلیل تاثیرات متقابل است. در این تحقیق برای 7 عامل کلیدی در مجموع 35 حالت(عدم قطعیت) در نظر گرفته شده است، نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد از بین سناریوهای تدوین شده، 7 سناریوی قوی و محتمل، 4706 سناریوی با سازگاری ضعیف پیش روی آینده وضعیت ژئواکونومیکی ناشی از شیوع ویروس کرونا وجود دارد. از 7 سناریوی قوی و محتمل، 4 سناریو وضعیت نامطلوب، 2 سناریو وضعیت مطلوب، 1 سناریو نیز دارای وضعیت ایستا و بینابینی است. از بین سناریوهای مطلوب سناریوی 7 بهترین و از بین سناریوهای نا مطلوب نیز سناریوی 4 بدترین و محتمل ترین سناریوی آینده وضعیت ژئواکونومیکی ناشی از شیوع ویروس کرونا است.از

Geoeconomics, which is the knowledge of designing and recreating actors’ strategies using the geographical resources of power with economic nature in the relations of different scales, has become one of the leading fields of interpretation and analysis of global issues and the structure of power and actions between actors. The prevalence of coronavirus has had various effects on the global space, and in the present study, an attempt has been made to analyze the scenarios facing actors in the global space by geoeconomic approach using the foresight method. In this study, an attempt has been made to study and analyze the geoeconomic effects of coronavirus outbreak on the structure of the world based on the foresight method. The present study is descriptiveanalytical in terms of purpose, application and type of research method. The nature of the data is quantitative and qualitative, and the method of data and information collection is library, documentary, and survey. Data analysis is based on future research techniques, including the analysis of interactions. In this study, a total of 35 modes (uncertainties) were considered for 7 key factors. The results show that among the developed scenarios, 7 strong and probable scenarios, 4706 scenarios with poor adaptation to the future progress of the resulting geoeconomic situation.
