نقش رهبری نظام در کارآمدی دیپلماسی عمومی از طریق مدیریت تصویر

دیپلماسی عمومی یکی از ابزارهای موثر نیل به اهداف سیاست خارجی ایران محسوب می شود. جایگاه و نقش امام خمینی و مقام معظم رهبری در جهت دهی به افکار عمومی سایر ملت ها به منظور صیانت از ارزش های اسلام و انقلاب از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار می باشد. در این مقاله در پاسخ به این سوال اصلی که نقش رهبری نظام در ارائه تصویر مثبت و مطلوب از جمهوری اسلامی ایران، جهت تامین منافع ملی و مصالح اسلامی چیست؟ این فرضیه مورد آزمون قرار گرفت که رهبری نظام با توجه به جایگاه خود در ساختار سیاسی حقوقی کشور، در فعال سازی، تقویت و کارآمدی دیپلماسی عمومی جمهوری اسلامی ایران از طریق مدیریت تصویر، برقراری ارتباط مستمر با سایر ملت ها و آگاهی بخشی به افکار عمومی جهان نسبت به اهداف، ارزش ها و آرمان های ایران اسلامی، نقش تعیین کننده ای در مقبولیت و مشروعیت وجهه ایران در سطح منطقه و فرامنطقه داشته است. بر این اساس تعریف و تبیین دیپلماسی عمومی و ارتباط آن با رهبری نظام، می تواند به شناخت عوامل تاثیر گذار بر دیپلماسی عمومی و بهره گیری بیشتر از فرصت های فرا رو کمک نماید. واژگان کلیدی: رهبری نظام، انقلاب اسلامی، دیپلماسی عمومی، تصویر مطلوب

In this article, in response to the main question, what is the role of the regime leadership in presenting a positive and favorable image of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in order to ensure national interests and Islamic interests This hypothesis was tested that according to the leadership position of the system in the politicallegal structure of the country, in activating, strengthening and efficiency of public diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran through image management, establishing continuous communication with other nations and raising awareness of world public opinion. To the goals, values and ideals of Islamic Iran, it has a decisive role in the acceptability and legitimacy of Iran’s image in the region and beyond. Accordingly, the definition and explanation of public diplomacy and its relationship with the system leadership, can help to identify the factors affecting public diplomacy and take more advantage of opportunities.
