رابطه بین ضریب فزاینده مخارج دولت و متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی ایران با استفاده از روش Svar

ازجمله سیاست هایی که توسط دولت در جهت تحقق اهداف اقتصادی به‌کار گرفته می شود، سیاست های مالی در قالب استفاده از بسته ها و محرک های مالی است؛ اما تدوین این بسته های سیاستی بدون توجه به نحوه اثرگذاری سیاست های مالی دولت بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی امکان‌پذیر نیست. در همین راستا، در مقاله حاضر به بررسی رابطه بین سیاست های مالی دولت در قالب ضریب فزاینده مخارج دولت با برخی از متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی کشور شامل تولید، نرخ ارز، درجه باز بودن اقتصاد و بدهی های دولت طی دوره زمانی 2016-1980 با استفاده از روش svar پرداخته شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داده است که شوک‌های تولید از نسبت بالایی در نوسانات ضریب فزاینده مخارج دولت برخوردار است. این نتیجه تاییدی بر ادبیات نظری مربوط به رابطه بین مخارج دولت با تولید است.

Relationship between Government expenditure multiplier and macroeconomic variables in Iran Using the SVAR method

Among the policies pursued by the government in pursuit of economic goals, financial policies are in the form of packages and financial incentives. However, the formulation of these policy packages is not feasible regardless of how the government’s financial policies affect the macroeconomic variables. in this regard, the present paper examines the relationship between government financial policies in the form of increasing government spending with some macroeconomic variables including production, exchange rate, degree of economy openness and government debt over the period of 20181980 using The SVAR method is discussed. The results of the research have shown that production variables, government debt, the degree of economy openness and exchange rate have the largest share in explaining the changes in the increasing coefficient of government spending
