رویکرد انتقادی و پیشنهادی نشریات دوره مظفری نسبت به وضعیت و مشکلات اقتصادی ایران (1313- 1324 ه.ق)

گسترش روابط ایران با غرب از دوره ناصری موجب آشنایی بیشتر تحصیل کردگان ایرانی با جامعه و اندیشه های جدید سیاسی و اقتصادی رایج در غرب را فراهم کرد و جراید از جمله ابزار مدرن اطلاع رسانی بودند، که میتوانستند بصورت گسترده تری توجه مردم را نسبت به وضعیت عقب ماندگی سیاسی و اقتصادی کشور جلب نموده و جامعه سنتی ایران را با اندیشه های مدرن آشناتر کنند. نشریاتی چون ثریا، اختر، حبل المتین، پرورش و غیره که به دلیل اختناق حاکم بر کشور در خارج از ایران منتشر و بصورت مخفیانه وارد ایران میشدند؛ نقش مهمی در آغاز اصلاحات و نوسازی اقتصادی دوره مظفری برعهده داشتند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین وضعیت اقتصادی عصر مظفری از منظر مطبوعات و رویکرد اقتصادی آنها نسبت به حل مشکلات در آن دوره است که به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شده است. یافته های پژوهشی مقاله نشان میدهد که نویسندگان این جراید با مسایل اقتصادی ایران آشنایی داشته و ضمن اشراف بر تحولات سیاسی و اقتصادی جهان از عقاید اقتصادی غرب نیز مطلع بوده و موضوع اقتصاد از نظر آنان به عنوان مقوله علمی تلقی میشد که باید همگان از آن آگاهی داشته باشند. مطبوعات با این دیدگاه ضمن ریشه یابی مشکلات اقتصادی، برای برون رفت از آن نیز پیشنهادات اصلاحی و متجددانه ای را در جراید مطرح میکردند که بنظر میرسد متاثر از عقاید اقتصادی غرب باشند.

critical and suggestive approach of publications of themozaffari period to the economic situation and problems ofiran (1313-1906 ah)

the expansion of iran's relations with the west since the naseri period made iranian educated people more familiar with the society and new political and economic ideascommon in the west, and newspapers were one of the modern means of information,which could draw people's attention to the state of political backwardness in a widerway. and economic of the country and make the traditional society of iran more familiarwith modern ideas. publications such as soraya, akhtar, habal-ul-matin, parvesh, etc.,which were published outside iran due to the suffocation of the country's ruler andentered iran secretly; they played an important role in the beginning of reforms andeconomic modernization of the mozaffari period. the aim of the current research is toexplain the economic situation of the mozaffari period from the perspective of the pressand their economic approach to solving problems in that period, which has been doneusing a descriptive and analytical method. the research findings of the article show thatthe authors of these journals were familiar with the economic issues of iran and whilebeing aware of the world's political and economic developments, they were also awareof the economic ideas of the west, and in their opinion, the subject of economics was considered as a scientific category that everyone should be aware of. to be with thispoint of view, while finding the roots of economic problems, the press also put forwardreform and modern proposals in the newspapers to get out of it, which seem to be influenced by the economic ideas of the west.
