مطالبات رفاهی کارگران صنعت نفت با تکیه بر عرایض (1320-1332 ش)

کشف نفت و شکل ‏گیری صنایع در ایران، باعث ظهور طبقۀ جدید کارگر صنعتی شد؛ طبقه‏ای که توانست منشا تحولات زیادی در تاریخ معاصر ایران شده و به‌عنوان بازیگری فعال در این عرصه، ایفای نقش کند. بیشتر پژوهش‏های انجام شده در زمینه کارگران صنعت نفت، مبتنی بر آثار کتابخانه‏ای و مطبوعات حزبی بوده و کمتر به اسناد آرشیوی و عرایض توجه شده است. خوانش و تحقیق در اسناد عرایض، رویکردی نو در نگارش تاریخ فرودستان است؛ از این رو این مقاله درصدد است با استفاده از عرایض کارگران صنعت نفت ایران (1320-1332) ش. وضعیت رفاهی و مواجهۀ کارگران با این مسائل را بررسی کند. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که کارگران صنعت نفت به‌موازات آگاهی یافتن از حقوق خود به وضعیت رفاهی خود اعتراض کردند. آنها با برپایی اعتصاب و تشکیل اتحادیه‌‏ها، اعتراض خود را نشان داده و امتیازات مهمی کسب کردند. روش این پژوهش، توصیفی-تحلیلی است و اطلاعات لازم از طریق بررسی منابع، مدارک و اسناد عرایض، با رویکرد تاریخی و سند شناسانه گردآوری ‌شده‌اند. حدود و نقطه تمرکز مکانی و زمانی و موضوعی پژوهش، ایران دوره پهلوی دوم، از شهریور 1320 ش. تا کودتای 28 مرداد 1332 ش است.

the discovery of oil and the formation of new industries in iran caused the emergence of a new class of industrial workers; a class that has been the source of manydevelopments in the contemporary history of iran and played a role as an active actor inthis field.most of the researches conducted in the field of oil industry workers are based onlibrary works and party press, and less attention has been paid to archival documents,especially workers' petitions. reading and researching these documents is a newapproach in writing the history of subaltern; therefore, this article tries to use thepetitions of iranian oil industry workers (1320-1332 sh), to investigate the welfare statusof oil workers and how they face these issues. the findings of the research show that theworkers of the oil industry protested about their well-being while being aware of theirrights. by organizing strikes and joining unions, they showed their protest and wonpoints.the method of this research is descriptive-analytical, and the necessary informationhas been collected through the review of sources and documents in various archives, with a historical and documentary approach. the limits and focal point of spatial,temporal and thematic research, iran during the second pahlavi period, from shahrivar1320 sh. until the coup d'etat of august 28, 1332 sh.
