اصطلاحات و عناصر دیوانی در شعر حافظ شیرازی

گستردگی آداب و دامنۀ فعالیت های دیوانسالاری ایرانی، نقش آفرینی و اثرگذاری آن در زمینه سازی تولید آثار هنری و ادبی، در کنار تعامل شاعران و هنرمندان با دربار سلاطین و تشکیلات دیوانی، دامنۀ بسیاری از اصطلاحات و عناصر دیوانی را به حوزۀ ادبیات نیز کشانیده است. دیوان حافظ مصداق بارزی از این مدعاست. میزان و چگونگی ظهور و بروز اصطلاحات و عناصر دیوانی، نیز شناخت و هدف وی از استعمال این دسته از عناصر و مفاهیم در برخی از اشعارش موضوع  شایستۀ درنگی است که به آن چندان توجه نشده است. از این رو این جستار با روشی توصیفی – تحلیلی، اصطلاحات و عناصر دیوانی در شعر حافظ را در کانون توجه خود قرار داده است. یافته ها نشان می دهند که حافظ در دیوانش  به اصطلاحات و عناصر دیوان های وزارت، انشاء، استیفا، قضاوت، برید و عرض، نظیر: آصف،خواجه،طغرا، رقم، برات، خراج، اوقاف، محتسب، قاضی، یرغو، پروانه و حسبی الله توجه نشان داده و در عین استعمال اصطلاح  لغوی و دیوانی آن؛ غالباً با استعانت از  خیال انگیزی و صنایع ادبی، قرائت ها و معانی بدیع و سحرانگیزی از این مفاهیم و عناصر، خلق نموده است. آشنایی فراوان حافظ از اصطلاحات و عناصر دیوانی، تحرک و شکوفایی دیوان سالاری محلی فارس در این دوران، در کنار حشر و نشر حافظ با دیوانیان و دربار سلاطین، نیز بهره مندی وی از عطایا و مستمری دیوانی در زمینه سازی و توجه او به وارد نمودن این اصطلاحات و عناصر در اشعارش، تاثیر قابل ملاحظه ای داشته است.

the extent of the etiquette and activities of the iranian bureaucracy, its role and influence in the production of artistic and literary works, along with the interaction of poets and artists with the court of kings has extended the scope of court terms and elements to the literature. hafiz’s divan  is a clear example of this claim. the extent and manner of emergence and occurrence of those terms and elements, as well as his knowledge and purpose of using these elements and concepts in some of his poems is a worthy subject, but without sufficient attention. therefore, this article focuses on them with a descriptive-analytical method approach. the findings show that hafiz uses the terms and elements of the madness of the ministry, composition, resignation, and judgment while using its lexical and court term; often with the help of imagination and literary industries, he has created novel and magical readings and meanings of these concepts and elements. hafez’s familiarity with those terms and elements, mobility and flourishing of the local persian bureaucracy, the preservation and continuation of those elements and families in shiraz due to its protection from the mongol invasion as well as reunion with the courtiers and the court of the sultans, benefit from the court’s gifts and pension in the context and her attention to the inclusion of these terms and elements in her poems, has had a significant impact
