بررسی کارکرگرایانه رابطه‌ی فرهنگ،اقتصاد و امنیتِ زرندِ کرمان در دوره پهلوی اول

چگونگی اجرا و پیاده‌سازی امنیت در قالب یک نهاد مرتبط به فرهنگ و اقتصاد، به شبکه پیچیده‌ای از روابط فردی،اجتماعی و نهادی بستگی دارد، در واقع، امنیت، پاسخی فرهنگی،اقتصادی و ... به نیازهای همه جانبه مردم است و نیز، امنیت، محافظت از انسان را برعهده دارد که دولت در ابعاد کلان و پاسگاه ها در سطوح خردتر، تبلور و تجسمی از آن هستند، از این رو، درک از مفهوم امنیتِ منطبق بر نظریه کارکردگرایی مالینوفسکی در پاسخ به نیاز انسان به امنیت، مساله این پژوهش است. برای دستیابی به این درک، خوانش« واقعیت‌های فرهنگی و اقتصادی دوره پهلوی اول» در قالب یک مطالعه موردی و با استفاده از یافته‌های شبکه مستخرج از تکنیک مطالعه منابع کتابخانه‌ای، مشاهده اسناد و مصاحبه در برش زمانی 1300 الی 1320 صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل یافته‌ها در قالب نظریه کارکردگرایی از تحلیل مضمون، استفاده گردید. مضامین مستخرج از این تحقیق در قالب «نیاز»،«نهاد»،«منشور»، «کارکنان»، «ضوابط» و «فعالیت»،‌محور  طبقه‌بندی یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر شده‌اند که حاصل آن، این یافته است: امنیت یک نیاز است. پاسخ به این نیاز، تنها از طریق فرهنگ، اقتصاد  و مولفه های مرتبط به آن، میسر است.عدم توجه به این موضوع، امنیت زرند کرمان دوره پهلوی اول را با چالش های متعدد مواجه کرد.

how to implement and implement security in the form of an institution related to culture and economy depends on a complex network of individual, social and institutional relationships, in fact, security is a cultural, economic and... answer to the comprehensive needs of people and also security is responsible for the protection of human beings, of which the government in the macro dimensions and the checkpoints in the smaller levels are its crystallization and embodiment, hence, understanding the concept of security in accordance with malinowski’s functionalism theory in response to the human need for security, is a problem this is research. in order to achieve this understanding of the technique of studying library resources, documents were observed and interviews were conducted. theme analysis was used to analyze the findings in the form of functionalism theory. the themes extracted from this research in the form of need, institution, mandate, employees, regulations and activity have been the focus of the classification of the findings of the present research, the result of which is this finding: security is a need. the answer to this need is possible only through culture, economy and related components.
