بررسی عوامل موثر بر شکل‌دهی الگوی مصرفِ کارکنان صنعت نفت (1357-1332)

پس از کشف نفت، توسعه عملیات صنعتی و افزایش نیروی کار به ساخت مناطق مسکونی بیشتر و شکل گیری شهرهای جدید انجامید. اگرچه در ابتدا تامین اقلام ضروری برای ساکنین این شهرها که عمدتاً نیروی کار شرکت نفت بودند با مشکل روبرو بود. اما به تدریج، نخستین بازارها در شهرهای نفت خیز ایجاد شدند و رونق گرفتند. پس از ملی شدن نفت و با افزایش درآمدِ کارکنان صنعت نفت، الگوی مصرف در این مناطق تغییر کرد. این نوشتار ضمن بررسی روند تغییر الگوی مصرف از شکل سنتی به استفاده از وسایل مدرن، به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که چه عواملی در تغییر این الگو نقش داشتند؟ یافته های این پژوهش که با روش توصیفی تحلیلی تدوین شده و شیوه ی گردآوریِ داده‌های آن کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی بوده است، نشان می دهد که الگوی مصرف کارکنان صنعت نفت که در ابتدا مبتنی بر استفاده از وسایل معدود مصرفی و به شیوه سنتی بود، به تدریج و پس از ملی شدن صنعت نفت با تاثیر افزایش درآمد، تغییرات فرهنگی و اجتماعی به واسطه ی رسانه های همگانی و نیز در دسترس قرار گرفتن کالاهای لوکسِ موجود در فروشگاه های صنعت نفت، تغییر پیدا کرد.

Study of effective factors on developing of Consumption Pattern of Oil Industry Employees

After oil discovery, the development of industrial operations and the increase of labour force turn into building further residential regions and formulating new cities. At first, however, supplying essential items was difficult for the residents of these cities that majority of them were the labour force of the oil company. Gradually, however, the initial markets in oilrich cities were established and flourished. After the nationalization of the oil and by increasing the income of the oil industry employees, the consumption pattern changed in these regions. This article, while examining the process of changing the consumption pattern from the traditional form to the use of modern tools, seeks to answer the question: what factors were involved in changing this pattern?Research findings which has been compiled by descriptiveanalytical method and the method of data collection has been libraries and documents, indicate that the consumption pattern of the oil industry employees, which was initially based on the use of few consumables and in a traditional way, gradually and with the effect of increasing income, cultural and social changes through media and also the availability of luxury goods in oil industry stores has changed.
