چکیده
|
مولفه‌ها و چگونگی برقراری نظم و امنیت اجتماعی با توجه به موقعیت جغرافیایی-تاریخی سرزمین ایران، ساختار سیاسی-اجتماعی، تنوع قومی-مذهبی و مولفه‌های اثرگذار دیگر از مسائل تاریخی جامعه ایرانی بوده است. در عصر قاجار و به‌ویژه سال‌های پایانی سلطنت ناصرالدین‌شاه، باوجود اقدامات اصلاحی دولت و برخی نخبگان سیاسی و اجتماعی در راستای تحول در گفتمان و ساختارهای نظم و امنیت اجتماعی، نه‌تنها وضعیت نظم و امنیت اجتماعی به سمت بهبودی نرفت که چالش‌های دیگری نیز به آن افزوده شد. این پژوهش با اتکا به نظریه آنومی و با تحلیل محتوای کتاب «روزنامه خاطرات اعتمادالسلطنه»، اقدام به احصاء مهم‌ترین مسائل و چالش‌های نظم و امنیت اجتماعی جامعه ایران کرده است. بر این اساس سوال پژوهش بر این مبنا تدوین شده که مهم‌ترین مسائل و چالش‌های نظم و امنیت اجتماعی جامعه ایرانی در این سال‌ها چه بوده است؟ دستاوردهای پژوهش مبین آن است که به‌رغم نوسازی ساختاری، وضعیت آشفتگی و بی‌هنجاری در نظم و امنیت اجتماعی تشدید شده و کجروی و ناامنی اجتماعی در سال‌های 1298-1313 ق. روندی افزایشی داشته است.

Investigating social order and security issues in Iranian Naseri Age based on Etemad-ol-Saltaneh Memoirs Newspaper

Abstract
|
Establishing social order and security and its elements regarding Iran’s geographicalhistorical location, sociopolitical structure, ethnicreligious diversity, and other influential factors are critical historical issues of Iranian society. Despite the government’s reform measures and some political and social elites to change social order and security discourse and structures in the Qajar era and especially in the last years of Nasser alDin Shah’s reign, no improvement was made. The present study aimed to reveal critical social order and security issues in Iranian society based on Anomie theory and to analyze the content of the book &EtemadolSaltaneh Memoirs Newspaper. Therefore, the present study tried to answer an important question: “What have been critical issues in Iranian society during these years?” The findings indicate that despite the structural modernization, the abnormal social order and security intensified, and social perversion and insecurity deteriorated at 19191934.
