مشاغل و فعالیت های اقتصادی زنان در عصر هخامنشی (با رویکرد به گل نبشته های پرسپولیس)

فرهنگ کار و کوشش در جامعه نقش بنیادین و زیربنایی در ارتقای سطح پویایی جوامع داشته و مشارکت اقشار مختلف در امر تولید عامل اصلی در توسعه و رفاه اقتصادی و سلامت اجتماعی است. بر این مبنا این پژهش با رویکرد به فرهنگ کار و کوشش در ایران باستان بر آن است دریابد در روزگار هخامنشی زنان به عنوان قشری که نیمی از جمعیت جامعه را به خود نسبت می دادند، در امر تولید چه نقشی داشته و در چه حوزه ها و تحت عنوان چه مشاغلی به ایفای نقش می پرداختند و مساله‌ دیگر اینکه جامعه‌ عصر هخامنشی چه رویکردی به کارِ زنان داشته و زنان شاغل نسبت به مردان از چه مزایا و دستمزدی برخوردار بهره مند بودند؟ بدین سان با بررسی الواح مکشوفه از پرسپولیس و همچنین با رویکرد به برخی گزارشهای تاریخی از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای، با نقل مندرجات الواح و گزارشها و تحلیل اطلاعات و داده ها، مشخص گردید که در جامعه‌ عصر هخامنشی، زنان همچون مردان در مشاغل متنوع به فعالیت مشغول بوده و به سبب اینکه هیچ ممنوعیتی از ورود زنان به حرفه ای خاص وجود نداشت و مهارت و عملکرد اشخاص در کار، برتری آنها را معین می ساخت، این قشر از جامعه به تعداد قابل ملاحظه ای در برخی مشاغل حتی از مردان نیز پیشی گرفته و در حالیکه همچون مردان از دستمزد و امتیازات مشابه برخوردار بودند، گاه به عنوان مدیران کارگاهها بر جمعیتی از مردان و زنان ریاست داشتند.
