زمین‌لرزه تربت حیدریه در سال1302ش:تبعات و واکنش‌ها

بیان مساله: در این مقاله به یکی از حوادث مخرّب و اسفناک طبیعی پرداخته خواهد شد که طی دورة معاصر در یکی از مناطق شرقی ایران اتفاق افتاد یعنی زلزله مهیبی که تربت حیدریه در شرق ایران را در بهار1302ش لرزاند. در این راستا، دو هدف اصلی مقاله، پیامدها و آثار این زلزله از منظر اجتماعی و اقتصادی، و همچنین عملکرد و عکس العمل نهادهای حکومتی و غیرحکومتی نسبت به این واقعه ناخوشایند در داخل و خارج از کشور است.روش پژوهش: با رویکرد کیفی بر مبنای داده های نشریات، اسناد و مدارک آرشیوی، و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به دو مبحث اصلی مقاله پرداخته خواهد شد.نتایج پژوهش: یافته ها دالِّ بر این است که این واقعه که یکی از مهیب ترین بلایای طبیعی در تاریخ معاصر ایران بود، جدای از این که مانند همة بلایای همجنس خود، پیامدهای زیانباری از منظر مر گ ومیر، آسیب های روحی و خسارات ابنیه، در پی داشته، از برخی معضلات فرهنگی در جامعه نیز پرده برداشت. با این حال، در سویی دیگر، نمی توان از نگرش های نوع دوستانه و احساس مسئولیّت در قبال زلزله زدگان در داخل و خارج از کشور ایران طی آن برهة زمانی چشم پوشی نمود.

Torbat Heydarieh earthquake in 1302: consequences and reactions

In this article, one of the natural disasters will be considered, which occurred during a contemporary period in one of regions of Iran, an earthquake that rocked Torbat Heydarieh in eastern Iran in the spring of 1302. In this regard, there are two main goals: The consequences and effects of this earthquake in terms of social and economic, also, the performance and reaction of governmental and nongovernmental institutions towards this unpleasant event both inside and outside the country.As these two main topics will be addressed  with the qualitative approach based on the data of journals, archival documents, Through descriptiveanalytical method. The findings indicate that this incident was one of the most horrific natural disasters in contemporary Iranian history, Apart from the fact that, like all of its homosexual disasters, it has resulted in harmful consequences from the point of view of mortality, psychological damage and property damage, It also revealed some cultural problems in society. However, on the other hand, one cannot ignore altruistic views and a sense of responsibility towards the victims of this earthquake inside and outside Iran during that time.
