اهمیت و نقش ماهی در تاریخ اجتماعی و اقتصادی عصر صفوی

ماهی جایگاه مهمی در تاریخ اجتماعی و اقتصادی ایران در ادوار مختلف به انحاء گوناگون داشته است. تنوع گونه‌های ماهی و نقش آن در تفریحات شاهان صفوی، درآمد دولت و سفره غذایی مردم و هم‌چنین نقر شدن تصویر آن بر روی بخشی از سکه‌های رایج و فرش‌های دست‌باف حکایت از اهمیت این پدیده آبزی در دوره صفویه است. این پژوهش با روشی توصیفی تحلیلی به نقش چند وجهی ماهی در اوضاع اجتماعی و اقتصادی عصر صفوی می‌پردازد. مسئله اصلی در این پژوهش این است که جانوری آبزی هم‌چون ماهی چه نقشی می‌تواند در حیات اجتماعی و اقتصادی یک جامعه در یک دوره‌ تاریخی خاص هم‌چون صفویه داشته باشد؟ یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که با این‌که تنوع گونه‌های ماهی در مناطق مختلف قلمرو صفویان زیاد است، اما گوشت ماهی نقش بسیار کمی در سفره غذایی مردم و دربار صفوی دارد و ذائقه‌ی آنان بیشتر گوشت قرمز و دیگر گوشت‌های سفید است. هم‌چنین سنت شکار ماهی یکی از سنت‌هایی است که از همان دوره اختفای شاه اسماعیل در گیلان به عنوان یک سنت مورد‌ توجه قرار می‌گیرد و او و دیگر شاهان صفوی علاقه خاصی به این سنت و سرگرمی پیدا می‌کنند به طوری که روزها یا ماه‌ها در کنار رودخانه‌ها و دریاچه‌ها به این کار مشغول می‌شوند. نقش ماهی بر روی فرش‌های دست‌باف و سکه‌های فلوس‌ ضرب شده در شهرهای‌ نزدیک به رودها و دریاچه‌ها نیز دلیل مهمی بر اهمیت این پدیده آبزی در باورها و اعتقادات مردم و حکمرانان می‌باشد

Investigating the role of fish in the social and economic history of the Safavid era

Fish has played an important role in the social and economic history of Iran in different periods .The diversity of fish species and Its role of the entertainment Safavid kings, the government’s income and the people’s food supply, Also, his image is engraved on some common coins and handwoven carpets indicate the importance This aquatic phenomenon in the Safavid period. this research has descriptiveanalytical method,investigated the multifaceted role of fish in the social and economic conditions of the Safavid era. The main question in this study is what role can aquatic animals like fish have in the social and economic life of a society in a particular historical period such as the Safavids? Research findings indicate that although fish species are abundant in different regions of the Safavid realm, fish meat has a very small role in the food habits of the people and in the Safavid court and their tastes are mostly red meat and other white meats. Also the tradition of fish hunting is one of the traditions that has been considered as a tradition since the time of King Ismail in Gilan, and he and the other Safavid kings have a particular interest in this tradition and entertainment so that days or months in They do this by the rivers and lakes.The role of fish on handwoven carpets and minted Floss coins in cities near rivers and lakes is also an important reason for the importance of this aquatic phenomenon in the beliefs of people and rulers.
