چکیده
|
هدف مطالعه حاضر طراحی الگوی حکمرانی مطلوب در حوزه کسب و کارهای دانش بنیان به صورت مطالعه موردی صنعت برق ایران بوده است. موفقیت ها و یا عدم موفقیت های حکمرانی در محیط کسب و کار نه تنها نسل معاصر را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد، بلکه با حرکت مواج در گذر زمان، نسل های آینده را نیز تحت الشعاع قرار می دهد و منجر به توسعه، رفاه و انتخاب آنها در آینده می گردد. از این روی، مطلوبیت حکمرانی متضمن حفظ و ارتقای سطح رفاه، توسعه، انتخاب، بهروزی و کسب و کار مطلوب نسل های معاصر و آینده و همچنین ظرفیت های تداوم بخش و پایدارساز تولید می گردد. در این مطالعه با استفاده از اطلاعات گردآوری شده با 8 نخبه و همچنین بررسی 34 شرکت دانش بنیان فعال در صنعت برق در سال 1402-1403 به بررسی عوامل اثر گذار بر حکمرانی مطلوب و موفقیت و عدم موفقیت این شرکت ها در این حوزه پرداخته شد. در این مطالعه ابعاد سیستمهای مدیریتی، ساختار سازمانی، جهتگیری استراتژیک، خطمشیها و رویهها، کارکنان و فرهنگ سازمانی با نظرات مطرح شده به عنوان مهمترین عوامل اثر گذار بر حکمرانی مطلوب در محیط کسب و کار شناسایی گردید.

Abstract
|
the aim of the present study was to design a model of optimal governance in the field of knowledge-based businesses in the form of a case study of iran's electricity industry. the successes or failures of governance in the business environment not only affect the current generation، but also overshadow the future generations with the wave movement over time and lead to development، prosperity and choice. they will be in the future. from this، the desirability of governance involves maintaining and improving the level of well-being، development، choice، well-being and desirable business of contemporary and future generations، as well as generating sustainable and sustainable capacities. in this study، by using the information collected with 8 elites and also the survey of 34 knowledge-based companies active in the electricity industry in the year 1402-1403، the influencing factors on good governance and the success and failure of these companies in this field were investigated. in this study، the dimensions of management systems، organizational structure، strategic orientation، policies and procedures، employees، and organizational culture were identified as the most important factors influencing good governance in the
