نشانه‌شناسی تصویر زنان بزه‌دیده در فیلم‌های سینمایی ایران

بز‌ه‌دیدگی زنان به‌عنوان یکی از مسائل مهم در مطالعات علوم جنایی در فیلم‌های سینمایی ایران مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. با توجه به نقش رسانه‌ها در شکل‌دهی به باورهای عمومی در مورد بزهکاری و بزه‌دیدگی، این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفیِ نشانه‌شناسی و با تاکید بر مدل سوسور درصدد است تا ضمن نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، تصویر زنان بزه‌دیده را در فیلم‌های سینمایی «مستانه»، «لانتوری»، «مَلی و راه‌های نرفته‌اش» و «مغزهای کوچک زنگ‌زده» بررسی کند. بر اساس یافته‌های حاصل از نشانه‌شناسی در فیلم‌های مورد مطالعه، از یک‌سو، ارتکاب جرم علیه زنان توسط مردان انجام می‌شود و از سوی دیگر، میان قوی یا ضعیف بودن زنان و شدت بزه‌دیدگی ارتباط مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد؛ بدین معنا که زنان منفعل و ضعیف قربانی خشونت خانگی و زنان فعال و قوی بزه‌دیده جرایمی چون تجاوز و اسیدپاشی می‌شوند.

The Semiology of Women victim’s Image in Iranian Films

Female victimization as one of the most important issues in the field of forensic science studies has been considered in Iranian films. Given the role of the media in shaping public opinion, this study using qualitative semiology and emphasizing the Saussure’s model seeks to capture the image of victimized women in Mastaneh, Lantouri, Mali va rah haye narafteh ash and the maghzhaye kochak zang zade. Based on the semantic findings, the strong male / weak female stereotype is not fully represented in the representation of victimized women. In other words, the portrayal of victimized women in some films identifies them as effective social actors. However, the representation of crimes against women in the form of three crimes including acid spraying, rape and domestic violence shows it is a crime to commit acts of masculinity against women, and there is a direct relationship between the strengths / weaknesses of women and the severity of crime. There is a significant meaning that passive and weak women are victims of domestic violence and active and robust women are victims of crimes such as rape and acid spraying
