نگاهی به آموزه های جرم شناختی و مدل های سیاست جنایی رمان مزرعه حیوانات

رمان مزرعه حیوانات را اورول با رویکردی انتقادی در قالبی نمادین از زبان حیوانات علیه نظام توتالیتر و با نحله اجتماعی انسان‌گرایانه نگاشته است. هدف این مقاله، مطالعه میان‌ رشته‌ای رمان بر پایه مدل های سیاست جنایی و آموزه های جرم‌شناختی است. مقاله حاضر بر اساس روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با مرور رمان و بر پایه منابع کتابخانه ای نگاشته شده است. یافته های مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوای رمان مبین آن است که این رمان نوستالژیک حکایت شکل گیری یک انقلاب و تبدیل عصیان به قدرت و نمایانگر بلاهت توده و پوشالی بودن وعده سوسیالیسم به طبقه پرولتاریا یعنی برابری و پایان ظلم اقتدارگرایان است. اورول با دیدگاهی منطبق بر دیدگاه جرم شناختی مارکسیستی، مدل های سیاست جنایی اتوریتر و توتالیتر را در قالب داستانی منطبق با حاکمیت تمامیت‌خواه جوامع سوسیالیستی ارائه نموده است.

The Criminological Doctrines and Criminal Policy Modelsin Animal Castle Novel

Orwell wrote the novel Animal Castle with a critical approach in a symbolic form of animal language against the totalitarian system and with a humanistic social style.  The purpose of this paper is to study interdisciplinary novels based on criminal policy models and Criminological Doctrines. The present paper is based on a descriptive and analytical methom, with a review of the novel based on library sources. The findings based on the analysis of the novel's content show that this nostalgic novel tells the story of the formation of a revolution and the transformation of rebellion into power and shows the stupidity of the masses and the emptiness of the promise of socialism to the proletariat, ie equality and the end of authoritarian oppression. With a view consistent with the Marxist criminological view, Orwell presents the models of authoritarian and totalitarian criminal policy in the form of a story consistent with the totalitarian rule of socialist societies.
