واکاوی آیات و روایات ادله اثباتی شهادت زن

در بحث ادله اثباتی شهادت زنان آیات و روایات متعددی در شرع وجود دارد و عدم پذیرش شهادت زنان، یکی از مسائلی است که به دلیل تغییر شرایط زمانی و محیطی، موردبحث درجامعه کنونی، می‌باشد. به نظر می‌رسد که این حکم قابل بررسی و بازنگری باشد. باید گفت اصلِ شهادت زن مورد پذیرش همه فقها است و از آیه 282 سوره بقره که تنها آیه‌ای است در آن به مرد بودن شاهد تصریح کرده و ارزش شهادت زن و مرد را معادل هم قرار نداده یعنی برای اثبات دعوا به یک اندازه مفید اثر نمی‌باشند، باید گفت دلایل متفاوتی برای عدم پذیرش شهادت ذکر شده که مهم‌ترین آن‌ها را می‌توان عدم آگاهی زنان عصر شارع دانست که در زمان کنونی این دلیل منتفی است؛ لذا در این پژوهش با نگاهی که دوباره به آیات و روایات و ادله فقها انداخته‌ایم به این نتیجه، رسیدیم که حکمِ تساوی قابل اجراست.
