اثربخشی بسته ارتقای مهارت های زبانی مبتنی بر توانبخشی شناختی بر دامنه ی توجه، حافظه کاری و مهارت های زبانی کودکان با آسیب ویژه زبانی

مقدمه: زبان یک مهارت پایه و یکی حوزه های شناختی مهم در کودکان است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی بسته ارتقای مهارت های زبانی مبتنی بر توانبخشی شناختی بر دامنه ی توجه، ‏حافظه کاری و مهارت های زبانی کودکان با آسیب ویژه زبانی است.روش کار: روش پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کودکان 5 تا 7 ساله دارای آسیب ویژه زبانی بودند که در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 در مراکز پیش دبستانی عادی مشغول به آموزش بوده و جهت دریافت خدمات گفتار و زبان به مراکز گفتاردرمانی شهر بروجرد مراجعه کرده بودند. تعداد نمونه 30 تن بود که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از میان جامعه آماری انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در 2 گروه مداخله و کنترل جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه مشخصات جمعیت شناختی، مقیاس هوش وکسلر کودکان(ویرایش چهارم) (wisc- iv)(wechsler intelligence scale for children fourth edition)، مصاحبه بالینی براساس معیارهای dsm-5 و پرسشنامه مهارت های عصب روانشناختی (فرم معلم) برای کودکان پیش دبستانی ( neuropsychological skills (teacher form) questionnaire for preschool children) بود. روایی محتوایی ابزارها به روش کیفی و پایایی به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفا کرونباخ اندازه گیری شد. پس از اجرای 12 جلسه مداخله براساس بسته ارتقای مهارت های زبانی مبتنی بر توانبخشی شناختی بر روی گروه مداخله، داده ها در نرم افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 24 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: بسته ارتقای مهارت های زبانی مبتنی بر توانبخشی شناختی بر دامنه ی توجه، حافظه کاری و مهارت های زبانی کودکان با آسیب ویژه زبانی اثربخش بود(0.01>p). همچنین اثر زمان بر دامنه ی توجه، حافظه کاری و مهارت های زبانی نسبت به مرحله پیش آزمون اثرگذار بود(0.01>p). نتیجه گیری: بسته ارتقای مهارت های زبانی مبتنی بر توانبخشی شناختی در افزایش دامنه ی توجه، بهبود حافظه کاری و ارتقای مهارت های زبانی کودکان با آسیب ویژه زبانی اثربخش بود. از اینرو پیشنهاد می شود که جهت بهبود مهارت های شناختی و زبانی کودکان از بسته مداخلاتی فوق، استفاده شود.  

effectiveness of language skills promotion package based on cognitive rehabilitation on attention span, working memory and language skills of children with specific language impairment

introduction: language is a basic skill and one of the important cognitive areas in children. the aim of the current research is to determine the effectiveness of language skills promotion package based on cognitive rehabilitation  on attention span, working memory and language skills of children with specific language impairment.methods: the research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post -test-follow-up plan with a control group. the statistical population of the research included all children aged 5 to 7 years with specific language impairment who were engaged in education in normal preschool centers in the academic year of 2022-2023 and had referred to speech therapy centers in borujerd city to receive speech and language services. the sample size was 30 people who were selected from among the statistical population by purposive sampling method and assigned randomly to intervention and control groups. research instruments included demographic questionnaire, wechsler intelligence scale for children (fourth edition) (wisc-iv), clinical interview based on dsm-5 criteria, and neuropsychological skills (teacher form) questionnaire for preschool children. the content validity of the instruments was measured by qualitative method and reliability was measured through internal consistency method by calculating cronbach’s alpha coefficient. after implementing 12 intervention sessions based on language skills promotion package based on cognitive rehabilitation  on the intervention group, the data were analyzed in spss .24. results: language skills promotion package based on cognitive rehabilitation  was effective on attention span, working memory and language skills of children with specific language impairment (p<0.01). also, the effect of time on attention span, working memory and language skills was effective compared to the pre-test stage (p<0.01). conclusion: language skills promotion package based on cognitive rehabilitation  was effective in increasing attention span, improving working memory and improving language skills of children with specific language impairment. therefore, it is suggested to use the above intervention to improve children’s cognitive and language skills.
