طراحی الگوی حمایتی خانواده- مدرسه در توسعه استعدادهای ورزشی: یک مطالعه نظریه داده‌ بنیاد

مقدمه: یکی از چالش‌های جوامع بشری جستجو و گزینش افراد زبده برای یادگیری و انجام مهارت می‌باشد و حمایت خانواده‌ها و مدارس می‌تواند نقش مهمی در استعدادیابی و توسعه ورزش قهرمانی داشته باشد. مطالعه حاضر باهدف طراحی الگوی حمایتی خانواده- مدرسه در توسعه استعدادهای ورزشی انجام شد. روش کار: پژوهش کیفی حاضر به روش نظریه داده‌ بنیاد انجام شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد و روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به روش گلوله برفی بود. داده‌ها با مصاحبه از 16 تن از کارشناسان و خبرگان آشنا به مباحث استعدادیابی و توسعه استعداد جمع‌آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار nvivo10 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، 13 درون‌مایه اصلی شامل: توسعه منابع و استاندارد کردن استعدادیابی به ‌عنوان شرایط علی، عوامل اجتماعی و رسانه‌ای به‌عنوان شرایط زمینه‌ای، بروکراسی و ضعف مدیریتی به‌عنوان شرایط مداخله‌گر، حمایت مالی و اقتصادی، حمایت رفتاری و حمایت اجتماعی به‌عنوان پدیده محوری، راهبردهای متداول و راهبردهای آموزشی به‌عنوان راهبردها و شکوفایی استعدادهای ورزشی و رقابت‌پذیری به‌عنوان پیامدها شناسایی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: حمایت خانواده‌ها به همراه حمایت نظام آموزشی و همکاری سازمان‌های ورزشی با این دو نهاد را می‌توان عاملی مهم در جهت توسعه استعدادهای ورزشی کشور قلمداد کرد. از این ‌رو پیشنهاد می‌شود که وزارت آموزش ‌و پرورش و وزارت ورزش و جوانان منابع مالی و حمایت‌های لازم را در قالب ردیف ویژه‌ای به مدارس جهت کمک و هدایت استعدادیابی ورزشی اختصاص دهند.  

designing a family-school support model in developing sports talents: a grounded theory study

introduction: one of the challenges of human societies is to search and select the best people to learn and practice skills, and the support of families and schools can play an important role in identifying talent and developing championship sports. the present study was conducted to design a family-school support model in the development of sports talents.methods: the present qualitative research was conducted by grounded theory method. data were collected through semi-structured interviews and the method of sampling was snowball. data were collected through interviews with 16 experts familiar with the topics of talent identification and talent development. nvivo10 software was used to analyze the data.results: based on the findings of this study, 13 main themes include, resource development and standardization of talent identification as causal conditions, social and media factors as contextual conditions, bureaucracy and managerial weakness, as intervening conditions, financial and economic support, behavioral support and social support as an axial phenomenon, common strategies and training strategies were identified as strategies and sporting talent development and competitiveness, as outcomes.conclusions: the support of families along with the support of the educational system and the cooperation of sports organizations with these two institutions can be considered an important factor in developing the country’s sports talents. therefore, it is suggested that the ministry of education and the ministry of sports and youth allocate the necessary financial resources and support in the form of a special line to schools to help and guide sports talent.
