تبیین چالش های موجود در پیاده سازی سنجه های نسل سوم اعتباربخشی ازدیدگاه مدیران بیمارستان های منتخب کرمانشاه: مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: ارزشیابی بیمارستان ها با الگوی اعتباربخشی و اخذ نظرات و پیشنهادات مدیران ارشد و میانی مراکز جهت ارتقا روزافزون الگوهای موجود ضروری می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین چالش های موجود در پیاده سازی سنجه های نسل سوم اعتبار بخشی از دیدگاه مدیران بیمارستان های منتخب کرمانشاه اجرا گردیده است. روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا است. که با مشارکت  30 نفر از مدیران ارشد و میانی بیمارستان های منتخب استان کرمانشاه انجام گردید. مصاحبه به صورت نیمه ساختار یافته و جلسات انفرادی برگزار شد. داده ها با روش تحلیل محتوا و با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیود مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: با توجه به نتایج 6 مضمون اصلی از چالش های موجود در پیاده سازی سنجه های نسل سوم اعتباربخشی از دیدگاه مدیران ارشد و میانی شامل چالش های مرتبط با ارزیابان، مرتبط با بیمارستان ها، مرتبط با زمان ارزیابی، مرتبط با ماهیت سنجه ها، مرتبط با کارشناسان ستادی دانشگاه و نهایتا مرتبط با اعلام نتایج ارائه شد. نتیجه گیری: هر یک از چالش های اعتباربخشی مرتبط با ارزیابان، بیمارستان ها، زمان ارزیابی،  ماهیت سنجه ها، کارشناسان ستادی دانشگاه و نهایتا اعلام نتایج به اندازه کافی مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. لذا پیشنهاد می گردد موارد فوق در بازنگری های استانداردهای اعتباربخشی توسط مسئولین لحاظ گردد.  

explaining the challenges of implementing third generation accreditation measures from the perspectives of kermanshah hospitals managers: a qualitative study

introduction: evaluation of hospitals with accreditation model and obtaining opinions and suggestions of senior and middle managers of centers is essential for increasing the existing models. the purpose of this study was to explain the challenges of implementing third generation accreditation measures from the perspectives of kermanshah hospitals managers.methods: this is a qualitative study with content analysis approach. this was done with the participation of 30 senior and middle managers of selected hospitals in kermanshah province. the interviews were semi-structured and individual sessions were conducted. the data were analyzed by content analysis using max q software.results: given the results of the 6 main themes of the challenges in implementing third generation accreditation measures from the perspective of senior and middle managers, including evaluator-related, hospital-related, evaluation-time-related, nature of measures, related to the staff of the university staff and finally related to the announcement of the results were presented.conclusion: each of the accreditation challenges related to evaluators, hospitals, evaluation time, nature of the measures, university staff experts and finally announcing the results was not sufficiently conclusions: therefore, it is recommended that the above considerations be considered by the authorities in the review of accreditation standards.
