مقایسه ماسک های جراحی و ماسک های n95 در پیشگیری از آنفلوانزا: یک مرور منظم

مقدمه: کارکنان بهداشتی و درمانی بعلت تماس مکرر با بیماران در صف مقدم ابتلا به عفونت های تنفسی از جمله همه گیری آنفلوآنزا هستند. هدف از این مقاله مقایسه ماسک های جراحی با ماسکهای n95 در پیشگیری از بیماری آنفلوآنزا درکارکنان بهداشتی و درمانی در بیمارستان بود. روش کار: در این مطالعه مروری نظام مند، علاوه بر کلیه مقالات چاپ شده در طول سال های (2005- 2019) به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در زمینه ماسک های جراحی و ماسک های n95 انجام شده بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. این مطالعات از طریق بانک اطلاعات مقالات علوم پزشکی ایران (iran medex)، بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور (magiran)، پژوهشگاه اطلاعات و مدارک علمی ایران (iran doc)، پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی (sid)  elsevier, pubmed, medline, cochrane جستجو شد.کلیدواژه ها شامل ماسک های جراحی، ماسک های فیلتر کننده n95، کارکنان بخش درمانی، آنفلوآنزا                                                               surgical masks, respirators n95, health care workers and influenza بود. نتیجه این جستجو دستیابی به 104 مقاله بود که پس ازحذف مقالات تکراری و غیرقابل دستیابی (47) و مقالات مروری (10) و عدم دارا بودن شرایط مطالعه (34)، تعداد 23 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع بدست آمد. 13 مقاله به علت دارا نبودن معیارهای ورود از مطالعه حذف و در نهایت10 مقاله وارد پژوهش شدند.یافته ها: از میان 10 مطالعه مورد بررسی، 7 مطالعه مبتنی بر بیمارستان، 2 مطالعه در مراکز درمانی سرپایی و 1 مطالعه در محیط آزمایشگاهی انجام گرفته بود. از این مقالات تعداد 5 مقاله در رابطه با مقایسه اثربخشی ماسک های جراحی با ماسک های n95 و 1 مقاله با مقایسه خط مشی های انتخاب ماسک جراحی و ماسک n95 و 4 مقاله دیگر به مقایسه ماسک های جراحی و ماسک های n95  در پیشگیری از آنفلوآنزا بودند.در هیچ یک از مقالات رابطه ای بین استفاده ماسک جراحی و ماسک  n95 و حفاظت در برابر عفونت آنفلوآنزا یافت نشد.نتیجه گیری: بین استفاده ماسک جراحی و ماسک n95 وحفاظت در برابر عفونت آنفلوآنزا رابطه ای یافت نشد. لذا استفاده از ماسک های جراحی و n95 همراه با رعایت نکات بهداشتی پیشنهاد می شود. 

comparing of surgical masks and n95 masks in prevention of influenza: a systematic review

introduction: healthcare workers are at risk of catching respiratory infections due to repeated contact with patients in the front row. the purpose of this paper was to compare surgical masks with n95 masks in the prevention of influenza in health care workers in the hospital.methods: in this systematic review study, all articles published during the years (2005-2019) in both persian and english on surgical masks and n95 masks were examined. these studies were conducted through the iranmedex, magiran, irandoc, sid, elsevier, pubmed, medline, cochrane databases.keywords included surgical masks, n95 filter masks, treatment staff, surgical masks, n95 respirators, health care workers and influenza. the result of this research was the achievement of 104 articles, which were obtained after deleting duplicate and unavailable articles (47) and review articles (10) and not having study conditions (34), 23 articles related to the subject. 13 articles were removed from the study due to lack of entry criteria, and finally 10 articles were included in the study.results: of the 10 studies, 7 were hospital-based, 2 were outpatient, and 1 were in the laboratory. of these articles, 5 articles were about comparing the effectiveness of surgical masks with n95 masks and 1 article was about comparing the policies of choosing a surgical mask and n95 mask and 4 other articles were comparing surgical masks and n95 masks in preventing influenza. none of the articles found a link between the use of surgical masks and n95 masks and protection against influenza infection.conclusions: no association was found between the use of surgical mask and n95 mask and protection against influenza infection. therefore, it is recommended to use surgical masks and n95 along with hygienic issues.
