طراحی و روان سنجی مقیاس مدیریت سبز اماکن و تاسیسات ورزشی ایران

مقدمه: مدیریت سبز بکارگیری موثر و کارآمد همه امکانات، منابع مادی و انسانی برای هدایت و کنترل سازمان جهت نیل به اهداف زیست محیطی می باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و روان سنجی مقیاس مدیریت سبز اماکن و تاسیسات ورزشی ایران بود. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر به روش روش شناسی است که در 2 بخش کیفی و کمی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری در پژوهش حاضر شامل اعضای هیئت علمی رشته مدیریت اماکن و تاسیسات ورزشی، محیط زیست و مدیریت محیط زیست از دانشگاه های منتخب و مدیران ارشد اداره کل ورزش و جوانان بودند. در بخش کیفی، 12 تن به روش غیرتصادفی و به صورت گلوله‌برفی از جامعه مذکور، انتخاب شد. داده ها در بخش کیفی با مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری شد. در بخش کمی، شاخص روایی محتوای مقیاس به روشbausell  waltz & و روایی صوری به روش کیفی توسط 15 تن سنجیده شد. روایی سازه، به روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با 220 تن (به روش نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی سهمیه ای) از جامعه فوق بررسی شد. بعلاوه، روایی ملاکی همزمان با مقیاس مدیریت منابع سبز با  30 تن محاسبه گردید. پایایی به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفاکرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی با 30 تن محاسبه شد. داده های کیفی به روش تحلیل محتوا و داده های کمی در نرم افزار آماری اس پی اس اس نسخه 20 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: از یافته های بخش کیفی، مقیاس مدیریت سبز اماکن و تاسیسات ورزشی ایران با43 عبارت بدست آمد. سپس در بخش کمی با انجام روایی محتوا و صوری، 22 عبارت در این مرحله باقی ماند. نتایج روایی سازه به روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی 21 عبارت و 6 زیرمقیاس را نشان داد. همبستگی نمره بین مقیاس طراحی شده با ابزار ملاک روایی ملاکی همزمان، 0.78 حاصل شد. پایایی  به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفاکرونباخ بین 0.70 تا 0.87 و  پایایی ترکیبی بین 0.83 تا 0.91  حاصل شد. نتیجه‌گیری: مقیاس مدیریت سبز اماکن و تاسیسات ورزشی ایران با 21 عبارت و 6 زیرمقیاس از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است. پیشنهاد می‌شود از این مقیاس به منظور سنجش مدیریت سبز اماکن و تاسیسات ورزشی ایران بهره گرفته شود.

abstractintroduction: green management is the effective and efficient use of all facilities, material and human resources to guide and control the organization to achieve environmental goals. the aim of this study was to design and psychometrics green management scale of iranian sports venues and facilities.methods: the present research is a methodological method that has been done in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. the statistical population in the present study included faculty members in the field of management of sports facilities and environment. in the qualitative section, 12 people (non-randomly selected by snowball method) were selected from the community. data in the qualitative section were collected through semi-structured interviews. in the quantitative part, the content validity index (waltz & bausell) and face validity were measured qualitatively by 15 people. the construct validity by exploratory factor analysis with 220 samples (non-random quota sampling) from the above population was measured. in addition, the criterion validity was calculated simultaneously with the green resource management scale in a sample of 30 people. reliability was calculated by internal consistency method by calculating the cronbach’s coefficient and combined reliability by 30 people. qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis and quantitative data in spss. 20.   results: from the findings of the qualitative section, the green management scale of iranian sports venues and facilities with 43 terms was obtained. then, in the quantitative part, by performing content and face validity, 22 items remained on the scale. the results of construct validity were obtained by exploratory factor analysis of 21 items and 6 subscales and simultaneous criterion validity was 0.78. reliability was calculated by internal consistency method by calculating cronbach’s alpha coefficient between 0.70 to 0.87 and combined reliability between 0.83 to 0.91.conclusion: “green management scale of iranian sports venues and facilities with 21 items and 6 subscales is valid and reliable. it is suggested that this scale be used to measure the green management of iranian sports venues and facilities.
