طراحی و روانسنجی مقیاس هوش اخلاقی در پرستاران در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان

مقدمه: هوش اخلاقی از مهمترین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات درمانی در بیمارستان است. لذا طراحی ابزاری مناسب برای پرستاران ضروری است. این پژوهش با هدف طراحی و روانسنجی مقیاس هوش اخلاقی در پرستاران در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان انجام پذیرفت.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه از نوع روش‌شناسی است. در ابتدا، با مروری جامع بر ادبیات حیطه هوش اخلاقی و دریافت نظرات 15 نفر از خبرگان به روش دلفی پس از چهار دور، حیطه‌های هوش اخلاقی پرستاران استخراج گردید. سپس با استفاده از مفهوم هر مولفه، گویه‌های ابزار اندازه‌گیری هوش اخلاقی تدوین شد که با نظر 22 نفر از خبرگان، روایی محتوا آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مقیاس طراحی شده در بین 400 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان توزیع شد. روایی سازه آن با استفاده از تحلیل‌های عاملی اکتشافی بررسی گردید. برای اندازه‌گیری پایایی از روش‌های همسانی درونی (آلفای‌کرونباخ) و آزمون- بازآزمون استفاده شد. داده‌ها با نرم افزارهای اس‌پی‌اس‌اس نسخه 20 و آموس نسخه 24 تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: در ابتدا 29 عامل جهت هوش اخلاقی شناسائی گردید که طی چهار دور دلفی، تعداد 9 عامل اجماع صاحبنظران این حوزه را کسب نمودند. همچنین مقیاس طراحی شده دارای 41 عبارت بود که در بررسی روایی محتوا توسط صاحبنظران و حذف 7 عبارت، تعداد آن‌ها به 34 عبارت کاهش یافت. در تحلیلی عاملی اکتشافی 9 عامل و 34 عبارت تایید شد. پایائی ابزار با استفاده از ضریب آلفای‌کرونباخ و آزمون-بازآزمون، به ترتیب 0.961 و 0.861 محاسبه گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: مقیاس هوش اخلاقی در پرستاران با تعداد 34 گویه و 9 عامل، از روایی و پایایی قابل قبولی برخوردار است. پیشنهاد می‌شود پژوهشگران از مقیاس طراحی شده برای سنجش هوش اخلاق در پرستاران بهره گیرند. 

development and psychometric evaluation of nurses' moral intelligence scale in kerman university of medical sciences hospitals

introduction: moral intelligence is one of the most important factors influencing the improvement of quality of hospital care. therefore, to develop a suitable tool for nurses is essential. the purpose of this study was development and psychometric evaluation of nurses’ moral intelligence scale in kerman university of medical sciences hospitals.methods: the present study is a methodological study. initially, with a comprehensive review of the literature on moral intelligence and the opinions of 15 experts in delphi method after four rounds, nurses’ moral intelligence domains were extracted. then, using the concept of each component, items nurses’ moral intelligence scale were developed and its content validity was evaluated by 22 experts. the scale was distributed among 400 nurses working in kerman university of medical sciences hospitals. its construct validity was measures using exploratory factor analysis. internal consistency (cronbach’s alpha) and test-retest methods were used to measure reliability. data were analyzed using spss-20 and amos-24 software.results: initially, 29 factors were identified for moral intelligence that gained 9 consensus experts in the four delphi rounds. the designed scale also had 41 items, which reduced the number to 34 by examining content validity by experts and removing 7 items. in exploratory factor analysis, 9 factors and 34 items were confirmed. the reliability of the instrument was measured using the cronbach’s alpha coefficient and test-retest, 0.961 and 0.861 respectively.conclusions: the nurses’ moral intelligence scale with 9 factors and 34 items has acceptable validity and reliability. it is suggested that researchers use the developed scale in their studies.
