همبستگی کلان داده ها با عملکرد سلامت زنجیره تامین درکارکنان سامانه هوشمند سوخت استان تهران

مقدمه: رشد چشمگیر کلان داده ها و کاربرد آن ها در جلوگیری از اتلاف منابع و افزایش سطح عملکرد مالی وسلامت زنجیره تامین، نیاز به بررسی از منظرهای مختلف دارد. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین همبستگی کلان داده ها با عملکرد سلامت زنجیره تامین در کارکنان سامانه هوشمند سوخت استان تهران است.روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی، جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان سامانه هوشمند سوخت با تعداد 110 تن می باشد. با در نظر گرفتن تعدادکل جامعه آماری و با توجه به جدول مورگان، تعداد86 تن شامل، تعداد 35 تن مدیر و 51 تن کارشناس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها شامل: پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه کلان داده چن و همکاران(chen et al’s big data questionnaire) و پرسشنامه عملکرد سلامت زنجیره تامین کومار و راج (kumar & raj supply chain health performance questionnaire) بود. روایی ابزارها با استفاده از نسبت روایی محتوا، روایی سازه به روش روایی همگرا، پایایی به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفاکرونباخ و پاپایی مرکب بررسی شد. تحلیل داده ها درنرم افزار اس پیاس اس نسخه25، لیزرل 8 و اسمارت پی ال اس2 انجام شد.یافته ها: آماره t مربوط به کلان داده ها 0/776 گزارش شده است. استفاده از کلان داده ها در تصمیم گیری های زنجیره تامین به عملکرد سلامت زنجیره تامین 86/129 برآورد شده و ضریب مسیر استفاده از کلان داده ها در تصمیم گیری،  0/742 گزارش شده، که مقداری مثبت است و نشان دهنده همبستگی این 2 متغیر است.نتیجه گیری: کلان داده ها با عملکرد سلامت زنجیره تامین همبستگی دارد. لذا پیشنهاد می شود مسئولین برای ارتقا عملکرد سلامت زنجیره تامین، دسترسی برخط به داده ها و تحلیل مدیریتی آن ها را در سازمان لحاظ نمایند.

Correlation of Big Data with Supply Chain Health Performance in Employees of the Tehran Intelligent Fuel System

Introduction: The dramatic growth of big data and its application in preventing waste of resources and increasing financial performance and supply chain health levels, need to be examined from different perspectives. This study aimed to determine the correlation between big data and supply chain health performance in employees of Tehran Intelligent Fuel System.Methods: In this descriptive correlational study, the statistical population includes 110 employees in the Tehran Intelligent Fuel System. Considering the total statistical population, and according to Morgan’s table, 86 people were included, 35 managers and 51 experts were selected. Data collection tools included: a demographic questionnaire, Chen et al’s Big Data Questionnaire and Kumar & Raj Supply Chain Health Performance Questionnaire. The validity of the instruments was assessed using content validity ratio, construct validity by convergent validity method, reliability by internal consistency method by calculating Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, and composite reliability. Data analysis was performed in SPSS. 25, LISREL 8, and Smart PLS. 2 software.Results: The T-statistic for big data had reported being 0.776. The use of big data in supply chain decisions to the health performance of supply chain is estimated at 129.86 and the path of using big data in decision making is reported to be 0.742, which is a positive value and shows the correlation between these two variables. Conclusions: Big data has an effective correlation with supply chain health performance. Therefore, it is suggested that the authorities include online access to data and their management analysis in the organization to improve the health performance of the supply chain.
