الگوی ساختاری همبستگی بین انطباق و انسجام خانواده با نگرانی تصویر بدن با نقش میانجیگر کمال گرایی و شفقت خود در ساکنان شهر تهران

مقدمه: زمانی که اعضای خانواده نسبت به خود و دیگران شفقت نشان می دهند، نسبت به ظاهر جسمانی خود تصویر بدن مثبت و عاری از سرزنش و انتقاد شکل می دهند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین الگوی ساختاری همبستگی بین انطباق و انسجام خانواده با نگرانی تصویر بدن با نقش میانجیگر کمال گرایی و شفقت خود در ساکنان شهر تهران بود.روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمام ساکنان شهر تهران در سال 1399 بود که از میان آن ها 654 تن ساکن شهر تهران به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، مقیاس ارزشیابی انطباق و انسجام خانواده (family adaptability and cohesion evaluation scale)، سیاهه نگرانی تصویر بدن (body image concern inventory)، مقیاس کمال‌گرایی چندبعدی (multidimensional perfectionism scale)، مقیاس شفقت خود (selfcompassion scale) و استفاده شد. روایی ابزارها با استفاده از روایی محتوا به روش کیفی و پایایی به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفاکرونباخ اندازه گیری شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از الگوی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس 24 و آموس نسخه 24 استفاده شد. یافته ها: ضریب مسیر بین انطباق و انسجام خانواده و نگرانی تصویر بدن به واسطه کمال‌گرایی (0.01>p، 0.209= beta;) و به واسطه شفقت خود (0.01>p، 0.158= beta;) منفی و در سطح 0.01 معنادار بود. نتیجه گیری: کمال گرایی و شفقت خود همبستگی بین انطباق و انسجام خانواده با نگرانی تصویر بدن را به صورت منفی و معنادار میانجیگری می‌کنند. لذا پیشنهاد می شود کارگاه های آموزشی جهت آموزش کمال گرایی مثبت و سازگارانه و همین طور شفقت خود برای ساکنان شهر تهران برگزار شود.

Structural Model of the Correlation Between Family Cohesion and Cohesion with Body Image Concern with the Mediating Role of Perfectionism and Self-Compassion in Tehran Residents

Introduction: When family members show compassion for themselves and others, they form a positive body image of themselves, free from blame and criticism. The aim of this study was to determine the structural model of correlation between family adjustment and cohesion with body image concern with the mediating role of perfectionism and compassion in Tehran residents. Methods: The research method was descriptivecorrelation. The statistical population included all residents of Tehran in 2020, from which 654 people were selected by convenience sampling method. To collect data from the demographic questionnaire, the ldquo;Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale rdquo;, the Body Image Concern Inventory , the ldquo;Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale rdquo; and the ldquo;SelfCompassion Scale rdquo; was used. The validity of the instruments was measured using content validity by qualitative method and reliability by internal consistency method by calculating Cronbach #39;s alpha coefficient. Structural equation model and SPSS. 24 and Amos. 24 software were used to analyze the data. Results: The path coefficient between family adjustment and cohesion and body image anxiety was negative due to perfectionism (P <0.01, beta; = 0.209) and selfcompassion (P <0.01, beta; = 0.158), and was significant at the level of 0.01. Conclusions: Perfectionism and selfcompassion mediate the correlation between family adjustment and cohesion with body image concerns in a negative and meaningful way. Therefore, it is suggested that educational workshops be held to teach positive and adaptive perfectionism, as well as selfcompassion for the residents of Tehran.
