الگوی ساختاری نقش واسطه ای تمایزیافتگی در رابطه بین رضایت جنسی و سلامت عمومی در معلمین زن متاهل شهر کرمان

مقدمه: سلامت عمومی معلمان دارای اهمیت بسزایی است که در روابط زوجین تاثیر روانی و اجتماعی می گذارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین الگوی ساختاری نقش واسطه ای تمایزیافتگی در رابطه بین رضایت جنسی و سلامت عمومی در معلمین زن متاهل شهر کرمان صورت گرفت. روش کار: روش مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان زن متاهل شهر کرمان بود که در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 مشغول به تدریس در مدارس شهر کرمان بودند. تعداد 373 تن از معلمان متاهل زن در شهر کرمان در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 به روش غیرتصادفی و به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، سیاهه تمایز یافتگی خود (differentiation of self inventory)، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (general health questionnaire) و شاخص رضایت جنسی (index of sexual satisfaction) بود. روایی ابزارها با استفاده از روایی محتوا به روش کیفی و پایایی به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفا کرونباخ اندازه گیری شد. داده ها در نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس نسخه 22 و amos نسخه 22 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: بین متغیرهای سلامت عمومی و رضایت جنسی با نقش واسطه ای تمایزیافتگی همبستگی معنادار وجود داشت. همبستگی مستقیم تمایزیافتگی در برآورد سلامت عمومی و رضایت جنسی معلمان معنادار بود (0.001>p). همچنین یافته های تحلیل مسیر نشان داد تمایزیافتگی در رابطه بین سلامت عمومی و رضایت جنسی معلمان نقش واسطه ای داشت. نتیجه گیری: بین متغیرهای سلامت عمومی و رضایت جنسی با نقش واسطه ای تمایزیافتگی همبستگی مثبت و معنادار وجود داشت. پیشنهاد می شود که در مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روانشناختی، آموزش های لازم را به معلمین زن متاهل مراجعه کننده با شکایت های زناشویی جهت افزایش سلامت عمومی و رضایت جنسی ارائه شود.

Structural Model of the Mediating Role of Differentiation in the Relationship Between Sexual Satisfaction and General Health in Married Female Teachers

Introduction: Teachers #39;general health is of great importance that has a psychological and social impact on couples #39; relationships. The aim of this study was to determine the structural model of the mediating role of differentiation in the relationship between sexual satisfaction and general health in married female teachers in Kerman. Methods: The study method is descriptivecorrelation. The statistical population of the study was all married female teachers in Kerman who were teaching in schools of Kerman in the academic year 20182019. A total of 373 married female teachers were selected by nonrandom sampling method using the convenience method. Data collection tools included a demographic questionnaire, Differentiation of Self Inventory , General Health Questionnaire and Index of Sexual Satisfaction . The validity of the instruments was measured using content validity by qualitative method and reliability by internal consistency method by calculating Cronbach #39;s alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed in SPSS. 22 and Amos. 22.Results: There was a significant correlation between general health and sexual satisfaction with the mediating role of differentiation. The direct correlation of differentiation was significant in estimating general health and sexual satisfaction of teachers (P<0.001). Path analysis findings also showed that differentiation played a mediating role in the relationship between public health and teachers #39; sexual satisfaction. Conclusions: There was a positive and significant correlation between general health and sexual satisfaction with the mediating role of differentiation. It is suggested that in counseling centers and psychological services, the necessary training be provided to married female teachers who refer to marital complaints to increase general health and sexual satisfaction.
