اثر «برنامه هدایتی آموزش مداوم» بر ثبت گزارش های پرستاری

مقدمه: ثبت گزارش پرستاری یکی از مهمترین مسئولیت های پرستاران می باشد، که ارتقای مستمر آن، از اهمیت به سزایی برخوردار است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثر برنامه هدایتی آموزش مداوم بر ثبت گزارش های پرستاری انجام شد.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر به روش نیمه تجربی می باشد. تعداد 60 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان آیت الله طالقانی شهر آبادان با روش هدفمند انتخاب و در زمستان 1397، وارد مطالعه شدند. سپس به روش تصادفی ساده با روش قرعه کشی بدون جای گذاری، در 2 گروه 30 نفره مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی و فهرست ارزیابی گزارش نویسی پرستاری (nursing reporting assessment checklist)، بود. روایی محتوا به روش کیفی و ثبات به روش آزمون مجدد به فاصله 20 روز اندازه گیری شد. برنامه هدایتی آموزش مداوم شامل 4 مرحله بود. جمع آوری داده ها در 3 مرحله پیش و پس آزمون و پس آزمون مجدد 3 ماه بعد انجام شد. داده ها در نرم افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 16 تحلیل شد.یافته ها: آزمون t زوجی، نشان دهنده بهبود میانگین نمره گزارش نویسی پرستاری، در هر 2 گروه مداخله و کنترل، بعد از اتمام پژوهش می باشد. اما در بررسی حیطه های گزارش نویسی، آزمون من ویتنی یو، که در پیش آزمون، تنها نشان دهنده اختلاف معنادار در حیطه ثبت موارد پاراکلینیکی بود (p=0/001)، در پس آزمون این اختلاف، در برخی حیطه ها بین 2 گروه مداخله و کنترل تفاوت معناداری نشان داد.نتیجه گیری: نمره گزارش نویسی پرستاران در هر 2 گروه مداخله و کنترل، افزایش داشته است. به عبارتی، در گروه کنترل که هیچ گونه مداخله ای انجام دادند و گروه مداخله، که برنامه هدایتی آموزش مداوم نیز آموزش دیدند، کیفیت گزارش نویسی پرستاری یکسان بود. لذا پیشنهاد می شود مطالعات بیشتری جهت یافتن روش های آموزشی کارآمدتر، انجام شود.

Effect of Continuing Education Guidance Program on The Quality of Nursing Reports

Introduction: Nursing report registration is one of the most important responsibilities of nurses, whose continuous improvement is very important. Therefore, the aim of present study was to determine the effect of Continuing Education Guidance Program on the quality of nursing reports.Methods: The present study is a quasiexperimental method. A total of 60 nurses of Ayatollah Taleghani Hospital in Abadan were purposefully selected and included in the study in the winter of 2018. Then, in a simple random method with lottery method without placement, they were divided into 2 groups of 30 intervention and control. Data collection instruments included demographic questionnaire and Nursing Reporting Assessment Checklist . Content validity was measured by qualitative method and consistency was measured by testretest method at 20day intervals. The Continuing Education Guidance Program consisted of 4 stages. Data were collected in three stages: pretest, posttest and posttest 3 months later. Data were analyzed in SPSS. 16.Results: Paired ttest showed an improvement in the mean score of nursing reporting in both intervention and control groups after the study. However, in the study of reporting areas, MannWhitney U test, which in the pretest, only showed a significant difference in the area of registration of para clinical cases (P= 0.001), in the posttest of this difference, in some areas between the two groups Intervention and control showed significant differences. Conclusions: Nurses #39; reporting scores increased in both intervention and control groups. In other words, the quality of nursing reporting was the same in both the control group that did not perform any intervention and the intervention group, which also received a Continuing Education Guidance Program . Therefore, it is suggested that more studies be done to find more efficient educational methods.
