همبستگی سبک رهبری سرپرستاران اتاق عمل با خودکارآمدی تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل

مقدمه: خودکارآمدی، باور فرد درباره ی توانایی خود و قدرت لازم برای ادای وظیفه است. مدیران که به نوعی، نسبت به کارکنان اختیار تام دارند می توانند در توانمندسازی آنها نقش موثری ایفا کنند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین ارتباط بین سبک رهبری سرپرستاران اتاق عمل با خودکارآمدی شغلی تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل در بیمارستان های آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 1396-97 بوده است.روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه ی توصیفی تحلیلی است،که تعداد 220 نفر از تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه سبک رهبری چندعاملی (mlq) و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شغلی(jseq) بود. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 21 انجام شد.یافته‌ها: اغلب سرپرستاران اتاق عمل (65.5 درصد) سبک رهبری تحول گرا داشتند. اکثریت تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل (71.4 درصد) خودکارآمدی بالایی داشتند. بین سبک های رهبری تحول گرا، وظیفه گرا و عدم مداخله سرپرستاران اتاق عمل با خودکارآمدی شغلی تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل رابطه ی مستقیم و معنی دار یافت شد (p<0/05). بین سبک های رهبری سرپرستاران اتاق عمل با مشخصات دموگرافیک تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل رابطه ی معنی داری یافت نشد (p<0/05).اما میانگین نمره خودکارآمدی در سبک های رهبری تحول گرا و تبادلی بیشتر از سبک رهبری عدم مداخله بودنتیجه گیری:بین خودکارآمدی شغلی با هر سه نوع سبک رهبری ارتباط مستقیم وجود دارد اما میانگین نمره خودکارآمدی در سبکرهبری تحول گرا و تبادلی بیشتر از سبک عدم مداخله میباشد. بنابراین پیشنهادمی شود سرپرستاران با توجه به شرایط حاکم در اتاق عمل بیشتر از سبک رهبری تحول گرا یا تبادلی و یا تلفیقی از این دو نوع سبک رهبری استفاده نمایند.

Relationship between leadership style of operating room head nurses and Job self-efficacy of operating room technologists

Introduction: Selfefficacy is a person's belief in the ability and power to perform a task. Managers who somehow have complete control over their employees can play a valuable role in empowering their staff. This study was conducted to determ the relationship between the leadership style of the operating room head nurses and job selfefficacy of operating room technologists in the educational and medical hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences in 20172018methods: This descriptiveanalytic study was conduct on 200 operation room technologist. The instrument used was a questionnaire of demographic characteristics, multifactor leadership style questionnaire (MLQ) and job selfefficacy questionnaire (JESQ). Data analyzsis was counducted whit SPSS version 21.Results: The results revealed that the dominant leadership style of the operating room head nurses was transformational (65.5%). The job selfefficacy of majority (71.4%) of operating room technologists was at the high level. There was a significant relationship between the transformational leadership style and task oriented leadership styles and noninterventional leadership style the of the operating room head nurses with the job selfefficacy of the operating room technologists (p<0/05). Also, there was no significant relationship between the transformational, task oriented, non interventional leadership styles of headroom nurses with the demographic characteristics of the operating room technologists (p>0/05).Conclusion: This study Results showed that the level of job selfefficacy of technologists has increased in all three types of leadership styles of head nurse; so, the operating room head nurse require to the training course for more perception of the leadership styles and apply them in suitable situations.
