بررسی همبستگی ابعاد مختلف خشم با افسردگی زنان با میانجیگری روابط ابژه‌ای و توانمندی ایگو

مقدمه: افسردگی جز شایع ترین اختلالات روانپزشکی است که زنان دو برابر مردان مبتلا می شوند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین همبستگی ابعاد مختلف خشم با افسردگی زنان با میانجیگری روابط ابژه ای و توانمندی ایگو انجام شد.روش کار: : مطالعه حاضر توصیفیهمبستگی می باشد که 250 نفر از زنان 20 تا 45 سال ساکن تهران که با شکایت های مربوط به نشانه های افسردگی به بخش اورژانس بیمارستان های روزبه و امام حسین مراجعه کرده بودند، به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان سیاهه روابط ابژه و واقعیت سنجی بل (bell object relations and reality testing inventory)، سیاهه افسردگی بک (beck depression inventory)، سیاهه بروز خشم حالت ndash;صفت اسپیلبرگر2 (spielberger rsquo;s statetrait anger expression inventory2)، سه خرده مقیاس تکمیلی پرسشنامه شخصیتی چند وجهی مینه سوتا 2 (minnesota multiphasic personality inventory2) یعنی خصومت (hostility)، مهار افراطیخصومت (over controlledhostility) و توانمندی ایگو (ego strength) را تکمیل نمودند. روایی و پاپایی در مطالعات قبلی تایید شده است. داده ها با نرم افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 20 تحلیل شد.یافته ها: حاصل مجذور کای بر درجه آزادی نزدیک به 3 است، همچنین rmsea برابر با 10/0 می باشد که نشان دهنده مدل برازش خوب است. معیارهای 99/0=gfi، 79/0=agfi، 99/0=nfi و 92/0=nnfi تاییدکننده برازش مناسب الگو هستند (01/0 > p). در مجموع مدل مفهومی پیشنهادی از برازش خوبی برخوردار است؛ بطوریکه برخی از مسیرها به طور خاص، از سمت ابراز بیرونی، ابراز درونی، کنترل درونی، کنترل بیرونی، خصومت افراطی، صفت خشم، حالت خشم و خصومت به افسردگی با میانجیگری بیگانگی، دلبستگی ناایمن، بی کفایتی اجتماعی، خودمیان بینی و توانمندی ایگو معنادار بودند. ضریب همبستگی چندگانه نشان داد که 87 درصد واریانس افسردگی از طریق الگوی پیشنهادی قابل تبیین است.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس بررسی های انجام شده، مولفه های خشم و خصومت با میانجیگری توانمندی ایگو و مولفه های روابط ابژه، توانایی پیش بینی 87 درصد افسردگی زنان را دارد. لذا برنامه ریزی درمانی برای زنان مبتلا به افسردگی و برنامه های پیشگیری از ابتلا به افسردگی با توجه به این مولفه ها پیشنهاد می شود.

Correlation between Different Dimensions of Anger and Depression in Women by Mediating Objectives and Capabilities of Igo

Introduction: Depression is the only common psychiatric disorder that women are twice as likely to suffer from men. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between various aspects of anger and depression in women through mediation of object relations and Igo's empowerment.Methods: The present study is descriptivecorrelational. 250 women aged 20 to 45 years old living in Tehran who had been referred to the emergency department of Roozbeh and Imam Hossein hospitals were selected by convince sampling method. Participants filled out Bell Object Relations and Reality Testing Inventory rdquo;, the ldquo;Beck Depression Inventory rdquo;, ldquo;Spielberger's StateTrait Anger Expression Inventory2), and ldquo;three Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory2 not; supplementary scales, namely Hostility, OvercontrolledHostility and Ego Strength rdquo;. Validity and reliability have been confirmed in previous studies. Data was analyzed by SPSS.20.Results: The chisquared result is about 3 degrees of freedom, and RMSEA is equal to 10.0, which represents a good fit pattern. The criteria of GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.79, NFI = 0.99 and NNFI =0.92 fit the model appropriately (P < 0.01). In general, the proposed conceptual model has a good fit; some of the paths in particular are from external expression, internal expression, internal control, external control, extreme hostility, anger, anger and hostility to depression by mediating alienation, attachment Insecure, social incompetence, selfknowledge and Igo's ability were meaningful. Multiple correlation coefficient showed that 87% of variance of depression can be explained through the proposed model.Conclusions: The components of anger and hostility through the mediation of Igo's empowerment and the components of the relationship of the subject, can predict 87% of women's depression. Therefore, therapeutic planning for women with depression and prevention programs for depression with regard to these components is suggested.
