اولویت بندی معیارهای شبکه‌های بیسیم حسگر در نظارت توانبخشی با استفاده از روش چند معیاره فازی

مقدمه: نظارت توانبخشی مبتنی بر شبکه های حسگر بی سیم (wireless sensor network) یکی از موضوعات های مهم در بیمارستان ها است. هدف این پژوهش، الویت بندی معیارهای شبکه های بیسیم حسگر در و نظارت توانبخشی با استفاده از روش چند معیاره فازی می باشد.روش کار: در مطالعه توصیفی حاضر، جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پزشکان و پرستاران بیمارستان دی تهران بوده که تعداد آن ها 210 نفر می باشد. از مجموع جامعه آماری، تعداد 70 نفر پزشک و 40 نفر کارشناس رشته پرستاری بودند. معیار ورود افراد، دارا بودن تخصص در حوزه توانبخشی و شبکه های حسگر بیسیم و حداقل سابقه 5 سال در حوزه مربوطه، رضایت و تمایل به شرکت در این مطالعه بود. لذا به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند به تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب شدند. همچنین، از الگو تصمیم گیری چند معیاره فازی برای نشان دادن ساختار سلسله مراتبی عوامل موجود، استفاده شده است. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه مقایسه زوجی توانبخشی ؟ (pairwise comparison rehabilitation questionnaire) بود. روایی و پایایی ابزار با استفاده از نسبت روایی محتوا و آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس نسخه 19 و متلب 6.5 انجام شد.یافته ها: با انجام محاسبات، معیارهای آسایش و دوام به ترتیب دارای بالاترین درجه اهمیت نسبت سایر معیارها می باشند. همچنین، گزینه های قابلیت ارتباطات مطمئن و تاثیر بدن در انتشار سیگنال، دارای بالاترین الویت نسبت به سایر گزینه های شبکه های بی سیم حسگر در نظارت توانبخشی بودند.نتیجه گیری: اولویت بندی معیارهای شبکه های بیسیم حسگر در نظارت توانبخشی، منجر به انتخاب معنی دار معیارها در تعامل با تصمیم گیرنده ها می شود. به مدیران پیشنهاد می گردد از طریق آموزش، عملکرد کارکنان را در استفاده از حسگرها تقویت نمایند.

Prioritization the Criteria of Wireless Sensor Networks in the Rehabilitation Supervision Using the Fuzzy MCDM Approach

Introduction: The Wireless Sensor Network based rehabilitation is one of the major issue in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to prioritization the criteria of wireless sensor networks in the rehabilitation supervision using the Fuzzy MCDM Approach.Methods: In this descriptive study, the population consisted of all doctors and nurses in Tehran Day's Hospital, with 210 people. From the statistical population, there were 70 doctors and 40 nursing experts. Satisfaction rate and willingness to participate in the study were individuals with specialization in rehabilitation and wireless sensor networks and at least 5 years in the field. Therefore, 30 people were selected through purposive sampling. Also, a fuzzy multicriteria decisionmaking model is used to illustrate the hierarchical structure of existing factors. The data gathering instrument was ldquo;Pairwise Comparison Rehabilitation Questionnaire rdquo;. Validity and reliability of the Questionnaire was confirmed using content validity ratio and alpha Cronbach. Data analysis was performed using SPSS.19 and MATLAB 6.5 software.Results: Calculations indicate that comfortable and durable criteria have respectively the highest degree of importance relative to other criteria. Also, the options of reliable communication and body impact in signal propagation were the highest priority in comparison to other challenges of wireless sensor networks in rehabilitation monitoring.Conclusions: Prioritizing the criteria for wireless sensor networks in rehabilitation monitoring leads to a significant selection of criteria in engaging with decision makers. It is suggested to managers to improve the performance of staff in using sensors through training.
