بزه‌دیدگی زنان در قلمرو ملی و فراملی با تاکید بر نظریات جرم‌شناسی

زمینه و هدف: از نیمه دوم سده بیستم جرم‌شناسان دیدگاه‌های خود را پیرامون بزه تغییر داده و بزه را امری فراتر از بزهکار در نظر گرفتند و در این راستا بزه‌دیده را نیز مطمح نظر قرار دادند. هدف از این تحقیق، تبیین بزه‌دیدگی زنان با تاکید بر نظریات جرم‌شناختی و بزه‌دیده شناختی می‌باشد و نظریه‌های انتخاب عقلانی یا گزینش خرد بنیاد، فعالیت‌های روزمره و سبک زندگی به عنوان نظریه‌های فرصت‌های جرم شناخته می‌شود و نظریه شتاب‌دهندگی یا نقش‌آفرینی بزه‌دیده در رخداد جرم به عنوان نظریه بزه‌دیدگی ِصرف در خصوص جرایم ارتکابی علیه زنان تبیین می‌گردد که در این مقاله این نظریات به عنوان مهم‌ترین مبنا برای تبیین رخداد جرایم علیه ایشان به‌کار می‌رود.روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: براساس نظریه شتاب‌دهندگی، بزه‌دیده در فرآیند ارتکاب رفتار مجرمانه نقش دارد و به اعتبار این نقش، بزه‌دیده مستحق سرزنش است و کنش‌های بزه‌دیده از قبیل سن، جنس به عنوان ویژگی‌های اولیه‌ای است که می‌تواند وی را آماج ارتکاب جرم قرار دهد، تاثیرپذیری بزه‌دیده از اوضاع و احوال پیرامونی و قرار گرفتن وی در موقعیت‌هایی که شرایط ِتصمیم‌گیری بهینه را برای وی دشوار می‌سازد، می‌تواند در پرتو شتاب‌دهندگی کنش‌پذیرانه مورد تدقیق قرار گیرد؛ اما صرف نظر از نقش تحریک‌گر یا تسهیل‌گر و یا سبک زندگی، زنان شایسته بهره‌مندی از حمایت‌های فرق‌گذار به دلیل ویژگی‌های آسیب‌پذیری‌شان می‌باشند و نظریه‌های فرصت علاوه بر اذعان به این امر که فرصت‌های جرم می‌توانند به حوزه‌های گوناگون تعلق داشته باشند، ادعا می‌کند که عامل‌های مربوط به فرصت‌ها در حوزه‌های گوناگون با یکدیگر هم‌کنشی دارند.

victimization of women in the national and transnational realm with emphasis on criminological theories

field and aims: from the second half of the twentieth century, criminologists changed their views on crime and considered crime as something beyond the offender, and in this regard, the victim was also considered. the purpose of this study is to explain the victimization of women with emphasis on criminological and victimological theories. and theories of rational choice, routin activities and lifestyle are known as theories of crime opportunities, and the theory of victim precipitation is defined as the victimilogical theory. in this article, these theories are used as the most important basis for victimization of women.method: the present research was carried out using a descriptive-analytical method.finding and conclusion: according to the theory of victim precipitation, the victim has a role in the process of committing criminal behavior, and according to this role, the victim deserves blame, and the victim’s actions, such as age, gender, are the primary characteristics that can make her a target for crime. her position in situations that make it difficult for her to make optimal decision.. but regardless of their role as provocateurs or facilitators or lifestyles, women deserve differential support because of their vulnerability characteristics. and opportunity theories, in addition to acknowledging that crime opportunities can belong to different domains, claim that opportunity factors interact in different domains.
