بررسی میزان تمایل شهروندان به مشارکت در فضای سبز با نظرسنجی از مراجعان به پارک های شهری (نمونه موردی: پارک گل نرگس کرج)

فضای‌سبز بخشی از فضاهای شهری محسوب شده و با توجه به این مهم که طراحی و اجرای آن در بستر یک محله به وقوع می‌پیوندد، نمی‌تواند بدون جستجوی نظرات مردمی به اجرا درآمده و با موفقیت همراه گردد، افزایش مشارکت شهروندان در توسعه و نگهداری پارک‌‌ و فضای سبز شهری تاکید بیشتر بر برنامه‌‌ریزی مشارکتی را شامل می‌‌شود. در این راستا پژوهشی باهدف بررسی میزان مشارکت شهروندان در پارک‌های محله‌ای صورت گرفته است. در ابتدا با بررسی و ادغام مدل‌های مفهومی مرتبط و به‌منظور تبیین یک مدل مفهومی کاربردی در این مقاله، برای مشخص نمودن گام‌های مشارکت در فضای سبز مدلی به نام مدل مارپیچ مشارکت در فضای سبز ارائه‌شده است سپس پرسشنامه‌ای بر اساس آن طراحی گردیده، تعداد 384 عدد توسط مراجعه‌کنندگان به پارک نرگس کرج تکمیل شد و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت، نتایج نشان داد که افراد از بین 6 سطح مشارکت (1-اطلاع‌رسانی 2-نظرخواهی 3-طراحی 4-برنامه‌ریزی 5-اجرا 6-نگهداری)بیشترین میزان مشارکت را در سطح اطلاع‌رسانی و نگهداری به خود اختصاص داده‌اند، نتیجه حاصل می‌تواند به دلیل عدم شناخت تخصصی در زمینه فضای سبز و عدم آشنایی با سطوح دیگر مشارکت باشد، شهروندان از دلایل عدم مشارکت خود، نبود بستر مناسب برای مشارکت دانسته‌اند؛ بنابراین می‌توان به این نتیجه رسید که شهروندان در زمینه نگهداری پارک تمایل بالایی از خود نشان داده‌اند، ازجمله راهکار‌های پیشنهادی برای افزایش میزان مشارکت در دیگر سطوح مشارکتی، می‌توان به برگزاری کارگاه آموزشی برای آشنایی با این سطوح اشاره نمود.

green space is considered a part of urban spaces, and due to the fact that its design and implementation takes place in the context of a neighborhood, it cannot be successful without seeking the opinions of the people for whom the park is implemented.the participation of citizens in the development and maintenance of parks and urban green spaces includes more emphasis on participatory planning،in this regard, a research has been conducted with the aim of investigating the participation of citizens in neighborhood parks. at first, by examining and integrating related conceptual models and in order to explain a practical conceptual model in this article, a model called the spiral model of participation in green space was presented to specify the steps of participation in green space, then a questionnaire was designed based on it،384 numbers were completed by the visitors to narges karaj park and analyzed, the results showed that among the 6 levels of participation (1-notices2-opinion 3-design 4-planning 5-implementation 6-maintenance) the most they have allocated the amount of participation in the level of information and maintenance،the result can be due to the lack of specialized knowledge in the field of green space and lack of familiarity with other levels of participation. therefore, it can be concluded that the citizens have shown a high desire in the field of park maintenance, among the proposed solutions to increase the amount of participation in other participatory levels, it is possible to mention holding an educational workshop to familiarize with these levels.
