فرهنگ پذیری در بستر عقلانیت برای رسیدن به همزیستی مسالمت آمیز (با رویکرد عقلانیت ارتباطی هابرماس)

برای پرداختن به مسائل فرهنگی ناگزیر وارد زیست جهان مختص هر جامعه ای می شویم که براساس چهارچوب فرهنگی همان جامعه شکل گرفته است. نمی توان ادعا داشت جامعه ای فرهنگ منحصر به فرد خود را دارد، زیرا فرهنگ در حال حرکت است و ناگزیر از جوامع دیگر تاثیر می پذیرد.فرهنگ‌پذیری متاثر از جوامع دیگر می‌تواند آسیب‌هایی به دنبال خود داشته باشد و مدام در جدال با از خودبیگانگی آگاهانه یا ناآگاهانه قرار گیرد. به همین دلیل جامعه‌شناسان، آسیب‌شناسان و رسانه‌ها باید نقش خود را به درستی ایفا کنند و شکل‌های هم‌کنشی آن فرهنگ را مورد ارزیابی قرار دهند و به یک باز تولید فرهنگی برسند؛ چرا که باز تولید فرهنگی توسط هنجارهای مختلف اجتماعی می‌تواند در همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز یا از خودبیگانگی آن جامعه تاثیرگذار باشد. بسیاری از جوامع در جریان فرهنگ‌پذیری از جوامع دیگر، از هنجارهایی الگوبرداری کرده‌اند که پاسخگوی نیازشان نبوده است، در نهایت دچار نوعی تضاد فرهنگی شده و آسیب‌های جدی‌ای به ساختار فرهنگی-اجتماعی و به تبع آن نهادهای دیگر اجتماع وارد شده است. پذیرش هر فرهنگ جدید خواهان بسترِ رشدی عقلانی‌ست برای فراهم کردن یک فضای گفت‌وگو در جهت بازتولید فرهنگی بدون آسیب رسیدن به فرهنگ بومی و منحصر به فرد آن جامعه و نیز آزادی‌های مدنی آن. چرا که فرهنگ‌پذیری با کنش اجتماعی سر و کار دارد و نهادینه کردن بستری عقلانی برای رهایی از خودبیگانگی در روند فرهنگ‌پذیری است.

conceptualization in the context of rationality in order to achieve peaceful coexistence

acculturation influenced by other societies can have damage, having a constant struggle with conscious or unconscious alienation. for this reason, sociologists, pathologists and the media should play their role properly and evaluate the interaction of that culture, reaching cultural reproduction, since cultural reproduction can be effective in the coexistence or alienation of that society by various social norms. many societies in the acculturation from other societies, have adapted normalization that has not meet their needs. finally, the society suffers from a kind of cultural conflict and serious damage is occured to the socio-cultural structure and consequently, other social institutions. accepting any new culture calls for rational growth ground to provide a space for dialogue on cultural reproduction without damage to its native and unique culture as well as civil liberties, since acculturation deals with social action. what the present study attempts to achieve internalizing a rational basis based on knowledge management to get rid of alienation in the process of acculturation. by considering the questions “can acculturation capacity of a society be explained from the perspective of knowledge management in the context of rational and is it a strategy for peaceful coexistence?” the research methodology is library and theoretical in order to study, describe and analyze the available resources to develop solutions appropriate to the subject in order to present a new and modern solution.
