دوگانه های موثر در رشد اینفودمی کووید 19 در شبکه‌های اجتماعی ایران

«اینفودمی کووید19» عنوان پدیده‌ای مربوط به حوزه ارتباطات سلامت است که همزمان با شیوع ویروس کرونا در سراسر جهان، از سوی رئیس کل سازمان جهانی بهداشت به‌عنوان خطری موازی ویروس کووید19 معرفی و برای مقابله با آن هشدار داده شد. آنچه در این مقاله بدان پرداخته شده است، نخست تعریف اینفودمی کووید19 و شناسایی عوامل دوگانه موثر بر تولید و اشاعه آن در چارچوب رشته ارتباطات سلامت است. رویکرد مورد استفاده در این مقاله از نوع کیفی و روش تحقیق، نظریه مبنایی می‌باشد؛ لذا به جای استفاده از نظریه‌های موجود به‌عنوان چهارچوب نظری، پژوهشگران در پی تولید نظریه خودبنیاد و بومی از دل داده‌های بدست آمده بوده‌اند. بدین منظور با استفاده از شیوه نمونه‌گیری نظری و مصاحبه با متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران، داده‌های لازم از منابع مختلف جمع‌آوری گردید و پس از کدگذاری، طبقه بندی و دسته‌بندی گزاره ها، سه دوگانه «تقابل رویکرد مراقبت درمان»، « تقابل رویکرد کمی کیفی» و «تقابل طب سنتی طب مدرن» به عنوان دوگانه های ارتباطی پزشکی موثر و زمینه‌ساز در تولید و اشاعه اینفودمی کووید19 در رسانه های اجتماعی ایران شناسایی گردید. ویژگی مشترک این دوگانه‌ها، تاثیرات مثبت و منفی هریک از سویه‌های آنها در مقابله یا انتشار اینفودمی است.

effective dualities in the growth of infusion of covid19 in iran’s social media

&covid19 infodemic& is a phenomenon related to the field of health communication, which was introduced by the director general of the world health organization as a parallel threat to the covid19 virus at the same time as the corona virus spread worldwide. what is discussed in this article is, first, the definition of covid19 infodemic and the identification the dual factors affecting its production and dissemination in the context of health communication. the approach used in this article is qualitative and the research method is grounded theory; therefore, instead of using existing theories as a theoretical framework, researchers have sought to produce self-based, grounded and indigenous theory from the data obtained. for this purpose, using theoretical sampling method and interviews with specialists and experts, the necessary data were collected from various sources and after coding, classifying and categorizing the propositions, three duals: &care-cue approach&, &quantitative-quantitative approach& and &contrast of traditional medicine - modern medicine& are identified as effective communication-medical dualities and the basis for the production and dissemination of infusion of covid19 infodemic in iran’s social media. the common feature of these dualities is the positive and negative effects of every sides of their aspects in counteracting or spreading infodemic.
