تکنولوژی‌های نوین ارتباطی و خانواده: بررسی رابطه استفاده از رسانه های نوین و روابط والد-فرزندی در بین دانش آموزان دبیرستانی شهر شیراز

بخشی از چالش‌های خانواده معاصر به رابطه بین والدین و فرزندان مربوط است و تعامل اعضا خانواده امروزه بیش از هر زمان دیگری از رسانه‌ها و به‌طور خاص تکنولوژی‌های نوین ارتباطی متاثر شده است. تحقیق حاضر کوششی در جهت شناختِ تاثیر استفاده از تکنولوژی‌های نوین ارتباطی بر روابط والدین و فرزندان در بین دانش‌آموزان شهر شیراز می‌باشد. این مطالعه به روش کمی و با تکنیک پیمایش صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری آن را دانش آموزان دبیرستانی مناطق ده‌گانه شهر شیراز تشکیل داده‌اند. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای، تعداد 400 دانش‌آموز به عنوان افراد نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. روابط خانوادگی در این تحقیق در سه بُعد روابط چهره به چهره، روابط صمیمانه و روابط حمایتی مورد سنجش قرار گرفته‌اند. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که رابطه منفی و معنادار بین متغیرهای میزان استفاده از اینترنت و ارتباط چهره به چهره (0.223)، صمیمیت در ارتباط (0.155) و روابط حمایتی (0.160) وجود دارد، اما یافته‌ها ارتباط معناداری بین نوع استفاده از تکنولوژی‌های نوین ارتباطی (تعاملی و غیر تعاملی) و ابعاد روابط والدین فرزندی نشان نداده است. نتایج مطالعه حاکی از کاهش ابعاد متفاوت رابطه والدفرزندی است، با اختصاص زمان بیشتر به رسانه‌های نوین، زمان کمتری برای تعمیق بخشیدن به ارتباط والدفرزندی وجود دارد.

New Communication Technologies and Family:The study of the relationship between new media usage and parental-child relations among high school students in Shiraz city

Part of the contemporary family’s challenges relates to the parentchild relations, and the interaction of family members today is more than ever affected by the media and in particular by modern communication technologies. The present study is an attempt to understand the effect of using modern communication technologies on parenting and children relationships among students in Shiraz. The study was conducted quantitatively using a survey method. The statistical population of this study was high school students in Shiraz’s 10 regions. Using a multistage random sampling method, 400 questionnaires were selected as sample and answered to the questionnaire. Family relations in this research have been evaluated in three dimensions of facetoface relations, intimate relations and supportive relations. The results of the research indicate that there is a negative and significant relationship between Internet usage variables and facetoface relations (0/222), intimate relations (0/155) and supportive relationships (/160), but the findings did not show a significant relationship between the type of use of modern communication technologies (interactive and noninteractive) and the dimensions of parentchild relationships. The results of the study show that the different dimensions of parentchild relationship are reduced. By devoting more time to new media, there is less time to deepen the parentchild relationship.
