چکیده
|
تعیین بخش‌ها و صنایع پیشتاز، به‌عنوان موتور محرکه اقتصاد برای تعیین اولویت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری و تخصیص بهینه منابع از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. ازاین‌رو هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، رتبه‌بندی و شناسایی بخش‌های پیشرو بر‌اساس کدهای دورقمی طبقه‌بندی استاندارد بین‌المللی فعالیت‌های اقتصادی در 23 زیر‌بخش صنایع تولیدی ایران در قالب شاخص ترکیبی و بر‌اساس 9 معیار صادرات، جبران خدمات نیروی کار، بهره‌وری انرژی، بهره‌وری نیروی کار، سرمایه‌گذاری، ارزش تولید، تعداد کارگاه، میزان شاغلین و ارزش افزوده با استفاده از داده‌های آماری کارگاه‌های صنعتی 10 نفر کارکن و بیشتر و در طی دوره زمانی 1393-1387 است. برای ارزیابی رابطه از تلفیق دو روش fbwm-vikor استفاده شده است به این صورت که با استفاده از روش bwm فازی به وزن‌دهی هر یک از معیارها پرداخته و سپس با استفاده از روش ویکور؛ صنایع تولیدی کشور رتبه‌بندی می‌شوند. نتایج شاخص‌ها بیانگر آن است که صنایع مواد و محصولات شیمیایی و صنایع غذایی و آشامیدنی و فلزات پایه بالاترین جایگاه را کسب کرده‌اند.

Using the Fuzzy BestWorst Method and VIKOR Method to Rank Leading Manufacturing Industries in Iran

Abstract
|
The manufacturing sector is one of the principal components in economic development plans. Identifying the key sectors and “takeoff” industries as the driving force behind economic growth is crucial for investment priorities and resource allocation. Accordingly, the main objective of this research is to rank and identify key sectors based on ISIC Dual Codes in 23 subsectors of Iranian manufacturing industries. The data given by the Statistical Centre of Iran was implemented by surveying manufacturing establishments with 10 or more workers during the period from 2008 to 2013. Selected industries were ranked by forming a composite index based on 9 criteria, which were obtained by using the FBWMVIKOR Methods. These criteria consist of: export value, labor service compensation, energy efficiency, labor productivity, investment, added value, production value, number of workshops, and the number of employees. The results indicate that, chemical production, food and drinking, and basic metals industries could be the leading sectors in promoting Iranian economical growth.
