تبیین الگوی دانشگاه کارآفرین ازطریق رهیافت مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری مبتنی‌بر دیمتل فازی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین الگوی توسعه دانشگاه کارآفرین است. این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان و اساتید حوزه کارآفرین در دانشگاه مازندران بوده که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای طراحی الگوی ساختاری و روابط علّی تحقیق از رهیافت مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری مبتنی‌بر دیمتل فازی استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد از میان متغیرهای مورد بررسی چهار متغیر نقش علّی و هفت متغیر نقش معلولی داشتند. یافته‌های روش وزن‌دهی فازی نشان داد از میان شاخص‌های مورد بررسی، شاخص قدرت نفوذ در دانشگاه دارای بیشترین وزن و اهمیت است. همچنین براساس رهیافت مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری مبتنی‌بر دیمتل فازی متغیرها در چهار سطح طبقه‌بندی شدند که در این‌ بین متغیر چشم‌انداز و ماموریت به‌عنوان عامل زیربنایی و دارای قدرت نفوذ قوی معرفی شد.

The Explanation of the Entrepreneurial University Model through FDISM Approach

The purpose of the present research is the explanation of a model for the development of entrepreneurial university. This study, in terms of purpose, is an applied research, and in terms of data collection, is a descriptivesurvey study. The statistical population of this research includes experts and informed professors in the field of entrepreneurial university in Mazandaran University that selected by purposive method. In orther to design of structural model and causal relations of research, the DEMATELBased InterpretiveStructural Modeling (DISM) approach in the Fuzzy environment is utilized to manage the language ambiguities in the judgments. Results showed that, among studied variables, four variables have had causation role and seven variables have had effectuation role. The findings of Fuzzy Weighting approach showed that, among studied indices, the index of leveraging poses the highest weight and importance. Also, FDISM approach showed that the variables are divided into four level among which the vision and mission variable introduced as an infrastructural factor and strong leverage.
