شناسایی علل ارتباطِ ضعیفِ دانشگاه با صنعت و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود آن

دانشگاه اصلی‌ترین نهاد تولیدکننده علم و پرورش‌دهنده نیروی انسانی و ازطرفی صنعت نیز تولیدکننده کالا و خدمات مورد نیاز جامعه است. ازاین‌رو ارائه راهکاری برای ارتباط این دو نهاد ضروری است. از‌آنجایی‌که دانشگاه نهادی است متشکل از دانشکده‌های مختلف، می‌توان به‌صورت دقیق‌تر، به ارتباط هرکدام از دانشکده‌ها با صنعت پرداخت. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی علل ارتباط ضعیف دانشگاه با صنعت و ارائه‌ راهکاری برای بهبود این رابطه است. روش انجام کار، بر‌اساس پارادایم تفسیری و روش کیفی، ابزار اصلی پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته است. جامعه آماری اساتید هیئت علمی شهر تهران و نمونه آماری 18 نفر از این بین شامل می‌شوند. اشباع نظری در مصاحبه دهم به‌دست آمد ولی پژوهشگران تا مصاحبه هجدهم این فرایند را ادامه دادند. یافته‌های پژوهش شامل سه علت و سه راهکار اصلی می‌شود. سه علت اصلی این ارتباط ضعیف، دانشکده‌های تک‌بعدی، صنعت سطحی‌نگر و دولت غافل از بسترسازی است. راهکارها به‌صورت نظیر به نظیر با علت‌ها مطرح شد که صنعت‌محور کردن دانش، دانش‌بنیان کردن صنعت و بسترسازی قانونی دولت را شامل می‌شود.

Identifying the of weak relationship between University and industry and providing solutions for improving this relationship

The University is the main institution the producer manpower and science, industry is also the producer of goods and services required by the community. Therefore, providing a solution for communication between these two institutions is essential. In addition, the university is an institution composed of different faculties and can be more precisely linked to the relationship of each faculty with the industry. The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of poor communication between the management faculties and the industry, and provide a solution to improve this relationship. The research method is based on the interpretative paradigm, qualitative method and the main research tool is interview. The statistical population consisted of professors of Tehran’s Management faculties and a sample of 18 members of them. Theoretical saturation was obtained in the tenth interview, but researchers continued the process until the eighteenth interview. The research findings consist of three main causes and three main strategies. The three main causes of this weak relationship are singlefaculty, industryoriented industries, and the government’s unwillingness to establish. Solutions have been presented in a similar way to the reasons that include the industry of the shaping of science, the science of the industry, and the legal framework of the state.
