تحلیل تنش‌آفرینی‌های ایدئولوژیک و سیاسی عربستان سعودی در قبال راهبرد فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در جهان اسلام

همواره یکی از موانع تحقق راهبرد فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در جهان اسلام، ناسازواری‌های ایدئولوژیک و سیاسی عربستان سعودی با آن است. شناسایی این ناسازواری‌ها و تحلیل ریشه‌های آنها به سیاستگذاران در فرایند اخذ تصمیم و پیشبرد راهبرد فرهنگی کشور کمک شایانی می‌‌کند. ازاین‌رو پژوهش حاضر در نظر دارد راهبرد فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را در جهان اسلام تبیین و ناسازواری‌های عربستان در قبال مصادیق آن را تحلیل کند. بنابراین، سوال‌های مطرح‌ این است که راهبرد فرهنگی ایران در جهان اسلام چیست؟ مصادیق آن چه ثمراتی در جهان اسلام داشته‌اند؟ چرا عربستان از تحقق راهبرد فرهنگی ایران در جهان اسلام هراس دارد؟ بسیاری از دانشوران مهم‌ترین علت ناسازواری عربستان با راهبرد فرهنگی ایران را در مسائل هویتی برای رهبری معنوی و سیاسی بر جهان اسلام، ارزیابی می‌کنند. نویسندگان این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از روش اسنادی معتقدند در کنار عوامل فوق عامل اصلی تقابل با راهبرد فرهنگی ایران، ترس آل‌سعود از تاثیر آن بر تغییر رژیم سیاسی در عربستان است. عربستان از این هراس دارد که پیام‌های راهبرد فرهنگی ایران (احیاگری اسلامی) بر تارو‌پود جامعه خود تنیده شود و پیامدهای سیاسی ناگواری (جنبش‌های گریز از مرکز و ...) برای آنها بر‌جای گذارد.

The Analysis of Ideological and Political Incompatibilities of Saudi Arabia towards the Cultural Strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran (in the World of Islam)

After the Islamic Revolution, one of the obstacles to the realization of the cultural strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Islamic world has been the ideological and political incompatibilities of Saudi Arabia. The identification of these incompatibilities as well as analysis of their roots helps policymakers to make decision and promote the Iranian cultural strategy. Therefore, this research aims to explain the cultural strategy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Islamic world. Main questions which are raised includes what is the Iranian cultural strategy towards the Muslim world? What are their impacts on the Islamic World? Why is Saudi Arabia afraid of the realization of Iran’s cultural strategy towards the Islamic world? According to the most of social scientists, identical issues for political and spiritual leadership in the Islamic World are evaluated as the main reasons for the Saudi’s Arabia incompatible policy. But the author believes that its incompatibility is rooted in alSaud’s fear of the serious impact of Iranian cultural approach on political regime change in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, its confrontation with the Islamic revivalism are referred to the democratic transitions in the Arab World (hypothesis of the Paper). Consequently, the paper proves that Saudi Arabia is worried about horrible political consequences of the Islamic revivalism impacts (including, centrifugal movements or pervasive social phenomena such as revolution) on its regime through using data analysis method as well as theoretical/applied research.
