تبیین ژئوپلیتیک زیست‌محیطی دریای خزر (بررسی منشا آلودگی و علل‌های ژئوپلیتیکی آن)

ژئوپلیتیک زیست‌محیطی، گفتمانی از ژئوپلیتیک انتقادی است که به مطالعه تغییرات بو‌م‌شناسی و جغرافیای تهدید‌ات زیستی در قالب سیاست‌های امنیتی جهان صنعتی در تخریب محیط زیست‌ و به‌‌طور‌کلی تاثیرات نظام جهانی بر محیط زیست، در قالب گفتما‌ن‌های سیاسی می‌پردازد. در مطالعات انتقادی محیط زیست، حکومت‌ها وسازما‌ن‌ها دراستفاده نامطلوب از منابع تجدید‌پذیر و تجدیدناپذیر زیستی بیشترین نقش را دارند. ازاین‌حیث شواهد حاکی از این است که به‌‌تبع از عواملی چند در حال حاضر دریای خزر به یکی از آلوده‌ترین اکوسیستم‌های آبی جهان بدل شده است. این مقاله با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استناد به منابع معتبر کتابخانه‌ای در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که آلودگی‌های دریای خزر حول چه منابعی است و عمده‌ترین عوامل تاثیر‌گذار ژئوپلیتیکی بر آلودگی‌های مذکور، نشئت گرفته از چه مسائلی است؟ یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، به‌‌طور‌کلی آلودگی‌های خزر ناشی از منابع متعدد واقع در خشکی و دریاست که به‌تبع از این منابع، هرکدام از پنج کشور ساحلی به نحوی در آلودگی خزر سهیم‌اند. از حیث دلایل ژئوپلیتیکی نیز، به‌طور مشخص خلا یک رژیم حقوقی پایدار (اصلی‌ترین عامل)، بسته بودن دریاچه (شکل کالبدی و فیزیکی دریاچه)، نگرش‌ کالاگونه و مادی‌گرایانه کشورهای ساحلی به منابع خزر و توسعه‌نیافتگی و وابستگی برخی کشورهای ساحلی به تکنولوژی‌های غربی مهم‌ترین عوامل ژئوپلیتیکی موثر بر آلودگی خزر محسوب می‌شوند.

Explaining the Environmental Geopolitics of Caspian Sea (Checking the Sources of its Contamination and Geopolitical Causes)

Environmental Geopolitics is a discourse of critical geopolitics that studies the Ecological changes and the Geography of Environmental threats in the form of the industrial world’s security policies in the destruction of the environment and the effects of the global system on the Environmen, In the form of political discourses.       In the critical studies about ecology, governments and organizations have the biggest role in the misuse of renewable and nonrenewable sources. The indicative for this claim is that the Caspian Sea as a result of several factors at the moment has become one of the most polluted aquatic ecosystems in the world.       This article is descriptiveanalytic and based on reliable sources in order to find answers to the questions that what are the main sources and the most effective geopolitical factors of the Caspian Sea’s pollution.            The results show the Caspian’s pollution arises from multiple sources on land and sea, and each of the five littoral states contribute  to it. For geopolitical reasons , specifically, lack of a stable legal regime (main factor), closeness of the lake (its physical form), having materialistic and commoditylike attitudes towards its resources by coastal countries and underdevelopment and dependence of certain coastal countries to Western technologies are the most important geopolitical factors affecting the Caspian pollution.
